| This experiment took for seasons strawberry variety'xingxingⅡ'to be material, studied the different kinds of substrate and in a different rate of the configuration for strawberries.In the first part of the experiment, strawberry eco-orgic soilless culture was conducted with cow dropping and wheat straw fermented as substrates, adding disinfect wheat chaff by volume ratio instead of soil. The effects on strawberry growth in the different substrate compositions was studied,as well as SOD,POD ,root activity, chlorophyll's content etc. The results indicated that the treatment B(fermented substrate:disinfect wheat chaff =8:2)is the optimal substrate among the treatments,the next is the CK(Soil), and Response of treatment A,C is poor than CK.In the second part of the experiment, strawberry eco~orgic soilless culture was conducted with fermented and preprocessed cow dropping,straw, residue mushroom, paddy husk as substrates,soil cultivated as CK. Measured after a month of the transplant,the result indicate that the shape index,such as leaf areas,leafstalk length etc.is best on substrate which Cow dropping: Residue mushroom:Sand=1:1:1.But because the sand's density is so heavy that is not appropriate for three-dimensional cultivation.In the third part of the experiment, used completely fermented and preprocessed cow droping,as well as residuce mushroom for cultivated substrate.soil as CK1,cow droping;sand=1:1 as CK2, through measuring property of the substrate and impact on the strawberry,the result indicate both CK2 and cow droping;sand: paddy husk=5:3:2 is better than CK, Implemented the task of choose the appropriate substrate for strawberry. |
