| In this experiment, the cultivar ?Feicuiwawa? lettuce was used as a test material, and the optimum nutrient solution formula, nutrient solution concentration and soilless cultivation matrix for this variety were selected to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the soilless cultivation technology of lettuce. The results of the test were as follows:(1)Screening test for formula of nutrient solution:the test studied the effects of 6 nutrient solutions on the growth and physiological indexes of lettuce. The results showed that the fresh weight,SPAD,SOD and POD of lettuce under the 1/2 times Japanese Garden test formula were higher than those of other treatments.the chlorophyll and Vc are relatively high in the lettuce of 1/2 times Hoagland and Arnon.According to the comprehensive index of lettuce,1/2times Japanese garden test recipe is the most suitable for the growth of lettuce.(2)Screening test for nutrient concentration: the effects of 5 concentration gradients of1/2 times Japanese Garden test on growth and physiological indexes of lettuce were studied. The results showed that the SPAD and SOD of lettuce under 2 times concentration gradients were better than other treatments, but the growth index was lower than the growth index of lettuce under 1 times concentration gradient.According to the comprehensive index of lettuce,1 times concentration of 1/2 times Japanese Garden test formula is the most suitable for the growth of the cultivar lettuce.(3)Soilless cultivation substrate screening test: the effects of 6 cultivars on growth and physiological indexes of lettuce were studied, including Sand, coconut bran, rock wool, mixed matrix(the ratio of turf, vermiculite and perlite is 2:1:1.)、 hydroponics and soil. The results showed that the lettuces under sooil cultivation were higher in SOD,fresh weight and other indexes than other treatments, and the lettuce under hydroponics was higher in leaf area and higher growth index than other substrates.According to the comprehensive index of lettuce, hydroponics is the most suitable cultivation method for this variety of lettuce. |
