In this dissertation, the development and significance of no-tillage technology status in and out of china were reviewed. The dissertation also expatiated the no-tillage wheat technological development status in Hubei, analyzed the problems of wheat no-tillage technology, and put forward the comprehensive measures of promoting wheat no-tillage technology in Hubei province.Studying and promoting wheat no-tillage technology are of essential importance to the sustainable development of agriculture. Along with the sharp increase of population ,the rapid socio-economic development, and highly increased social demand for agricultural products, in order to meet the needs of the society and to pursue the maximization of profits, farmers are increasing the operating frequency of soil, expanding irrigated area. Irrigation, chemical fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides application volume also increased significantly. The damaged soil structure is reducing the ability of land and creating environmental problems such as soil erosion. No-tillage cultivation is an important component of conservation tillage. The scarcity of resources for sustainable development of Chinese agriculture is the main "bottleneck" and how to efficiently use limited resources is an important issue we must face.Wheat no-tillage technology lags behind in Hubei .Wheat is one of the main grain crops in Hubei. Wheat acreage and production in Hubei province are in the second place after rice. The commodity rate reached 48.3%, is in the first place. Therefore, the development of wheat production in Hubei Province is the development of grain production and an important measure for food security .Although with the leadership at all levels of staff support, no-tillage wheat in Hubei Province in recent years developed very rapidly, but by many factors, the current no-tillage wheat area of Hubei Province reached 35 million mus, accounting for 3% of the province Wheat the total area. Hubei wheat tillage technology research and promotion are comparatively lagging behind.Promotion of no-tillage wheat technology has the following problems: no-tillage wheat farmers understanding of the deficiencies, do not dare to try new technology. And they do not master no-tillage wheat technology accurately enough, resulting in a reduction of production. The development of no-tillage wheat imbalance, and hampered the development of the province-spread, the agro-technical sector is weak in strength, which is not big enough publicity efforts, insufficient capital investment, which are a serious impediment to the promotion of wheat tillage techniques and development.Experiments in the Hubei Zaoyang that, wheat free of ploughs is advantageous compared with the plough-cultivation in the full stand seedling, wheat field covered by grass increases the soil fertility, cultivates the fat soil fertility, breeds the low festival rank tiller, upgrades the number of bearing tiller, reduces the labor force and the machinery invests, improves the ratio of produce and throws. The foundation of free of ploughs wheat cultivation lays in the seedling, guarding against the early aging, and the farmland overrun with weeds .Guarding against the cold damage is the key.Hubei no-tillage wheat development from the technical and administrative measures to be taken as the following the technical aspects: no-tillage wheat does not mean free of administration. Bad field technology, field management not in place will lead to a reduction in wheat no-tillage production. Therefore, in order to achieve no-tillage wheat stable income goal, we must understand no-tillage wheat growth characteristics, practical technology and advanced technology assembly supporting. In administrative context, we should make full use of the media to expand publicity to various forms of training for farmers, focus on display demonstrations, give full attention to the exemplary model of radiation ,and complete set of services to ensure the promotion of no-tillage implement.
