| In order to learn the genetic diversity and evolution laws of wheat genetic stocks in Huang-huai winter area from 1950's,the wheat genetic stocks were analyzed by field agronomic and SSR marker technology,and the principal results are as follows:1. Clustering analysis was conducted on the basis of 15 investigated quantitative characters between 96 wheat genetic stocks. The results showed that 96 wheat genetic stocks were classified as 5 groups according to the threhold of 10.5. The genetic diversity of different characters in each group was remarkablely significant. The results of the cluster and the geographical source of them were inconsistent.With the time going, the plant height of wheat varieties showed a tendency of reducing. The stem diameter, width of the functional leaf, thousand kernel weights and fruitful spikelet number showed to be increasing. The plant type structure and the yield traits tend to be suitable. Breeders should pay much attention to the screening parents with high genetic distance in heterotic breeding.2. The genetic diversity analysis of wheat samples showed that polymorphic varience was observed in the 85 pairs of SSR primers, 389 equipotential variance was detected.The number of equipotential Variance of each SSR loca is 2 to 15,and the average is 4.58;and polymorphic information coefficient is 0.182 to 0.834 and the average is 0.5997.Among the 389 equipotential variance,the number of equipotential variance of genome B is the most(150),next genome A(134),and genome D is the least(105).The richness degree of equipotential variance of Genome A,B and D is 4.78, 5.36 and 3.62, respectively,and their genetic diversity index is 0.608, 0.637 and 0.555, respectively,and genome B has the highest genetic diversity. The richness degree of average equipotential variance of 7 homologous chromosomes reduced in the order of the seventh group(5.92), the third group(5.83), the second group(4.67), the fifth group(4.62), the sixth group(4.4), the first group(3.64),and the fourth group(3.08), the genetic diversity index of 7 homologous chromosomes reduced in the order of the seventh group(0.727),the third group(0.677),the second group(0.634),the sixth group(0.619),the fifth group(0.614),the first group(0.493),and the fourth group(0.464).The cluster analysis divided the accessions into eight groups ,which did not accord with the districts.The cluster results could distinguish the characters of accessions among them. |
