Our country is an arid water scarcity serious country, the research saving water technology and the equipment, use the mechanized method fully, enhances the water resources through storage preserving soil moisture the use factor, reduces the soil erosion, avoids planting crops continues the reduction to realize the agricultural sustainable development to have the very vital practical significance.The paper introduced the present situation of inside and outside subsoilers and vibrating subsoiler type and the vibration way, and analyze the deep loose technology.The technology of the machinery deep loose preparating soil may break the plow sole, deepen plow layer, forms the actual situation coexisting the topsoil structure, created good soil condition for crops growth. In order to enhance soil storage preserving soil moisture and crops drought resisting production increase ability ,I have designed the vibrating deep loose and intertillage work machine, Completes each part three dimensional modelling—the vibrating part design, parameter computation of the vibrating part (frequency, oscillation amplitude), the intertillage part design, the deep loose part design, limiting deep part design, the rack design and computates to the entire organization's lifting capacity.The paper elaborated structural relation and the principle of work of the vibrating deep loose and intertillage machine coordinating technology of storage water and guarantees the earth, and we conducted the experimental study to test and analysis the work performance and the cultivation resistance in different operating mode.By the work performance test result, tilth's increaser, the time that the tractor moves through the test area increaser, tractor's average moving velocity reducer.It indicated that the cultivation resistance is getting bigger. When the deep pine has vibrate, tractor's average moving velocity is faster than that one when the deep pine has not vibrate, this indicated that the vibrating deep pine reduce the cultivation resistance.The cultivation resistance and the vibration parameter testing's test result indicated that while the depth of vibrating deep loose increased, the tractor moving velocity reduces, the deep loose part's cultivation resistance increased;Under same the plowing deep condition, the cultivation resistance of non-vibrating deep loose to is bigger than the one of the vibrating deep loose work. The vibrating deep pine reduces the machines and tools traction resistance, saves consumption tof he fuel oil, the feasible work machines and tools has been provided with developing machines and tools for storage preserving soil moisture.In order to study the deep loose shovel's intensity characteristic, I used the Catia softwar to establish the deep loose shovel's three dimensional geometric model, and carried on the three dimensional finite element analysis with the ANSYS software to the deep loose shovel, I obtained amount of deformity and the stress size of the deep loose shovel under the load , I has discovered the deep loose shovel's strong and the weak link.
