Wolfberry is an advantageous industry with local characteristics in Ningxia.The picking of wolfberry is basically done manually,with the increasing labor cost year by year,the picking problem has become a key difficulty which restricts the healthy development of wolfberry industry.The mechanized and intelligent picking has attracted more and more attention.In recent years,the state and local governments have invested a lot of scientific research to solve the problem.At this stage,vibration harvesting is an important and efficient way to solve this problem as the main research direction.At present,the existing Vibrating Harvesting Machinery of Wolfberry in the market mainly have the problems of low picking rate,high false picking rate and high breakage rate.So this paper studies the macroscopic mechanical properties of fruit stalks,the macroscopic and mesoscopic mechanical properties of fruit of Ningqi No.1,Ningqi No.5,Ningqi No.7,Ningqi No.9 wolfberry plants which were widely planted in Ningxia,which can provide detailed data and lay the theoretical foundation for the design of a new generation of Accurate-Vibrating-Harvesting-Machinery-of-Wolfberry.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,test the binding force and the related physical appearance size of immature fruit,mature fruit stalk,mature fruit base and flower of the four varieties from 2017 to 2019 in the planting base.And then study whether there are differences in the distribution characteristics of the binding force in different years with the method of Multivariate-Statistical-Analysis;and then build the distribution characteristics of the binding force and its physical appearance size of the organ of each variety;and then analysis of the mechanical differences of the same organs among different varieties;and then analysis the difference of binding force between the mature fruit stalk and the mature fruit base.Then,research several factors affecting the binding force based on the comprehensive study of the distribution characteristics.Conduct an Independent-Samples-T-test between the immature fruit stalk and the mature fruit stalk which get a conclusion that the binding force is related with the grade of maturity.The binding force of immature fruit stalk are 0.2N less than that of mature fruit stalk of Ningqi No.l and Ningqi No.9;the binding force of immature fruit stalk are 0.36N less than that of mature fruit stalk of Ningqi No.7;and there is no significant difference between immature fruit stalk and mature fruit stalk of Ningqi No.5.Conduct a Regression Analysis between the Repture-Stress and the Cross-Sectional-Area of immature fruit stalk,mature fruit stalk and flowers of the four varieties and acquire the Regression-Equation.Confirm that there is no influence for the binding force caused by the three factors of which are the mass of mature fruit,the picking temperature and the location on branch with the method of Orthogonal-Experiment.Finally,conduct the Compressive-Test to mature fruit and Puncture-Test to each maturity fruits upon the research of physical appearance size.Build the Macroscopic-Compression-Characteristics-Index and then get the distribution characteristics.Then compare and analyze the horizontal and vertical macroscopic mechanical characteristics.Among them,the transverse crushing force of the fruit is 14.38 times of the longitudinal crushing force,and the transverse crushing energy is 6.3 times of the longitudinal crushing energy.Construct the evaluation system of mechanical properties of peel and pulp of wolfberry fruits and then obtain the distribution characteristics of various indicators.Study whether there are significant differences in the compression characteristics index,mechanical properties of peel and pulp of fruits with different load speeds,different fruit masses and fruit shape indexes.In order to ensure that the Vibrating Harvesting Machinery of Wolfberry can meet the high-efficiency and low-loss picking agronomic requirements,the designer of the Vibrating Harvesting Machinery of Wolfberry should consider the above experimental results as a basis to determine the accurate vibration frequency and amplitude.The results of this paper can provide corresponding technical preparation and theoretical basis for the design of Vibrating Harvesting Machinery of Wolfberry and provide a reference for other picking methods.
