The deep-soil technique is an effective measure to achieve conservation tillage,which can break down the hard plough bottom layer formed by shallow cultivation,regulate soils,conserve water,protect erosion,reduce erosion and water erosion,enhance the comprehensive development of agriculture,and ensure the development of agriculture in China.sustainable development.At present,there are still some key factors that affect deep-slow technology promotion such as large traction resistance and high energy consumption.In the field of deep-slung drag reduction,the widely used method is vibration deep-sliding and drag reduction technology.However,the vibration direction,frequency,and amplitude of existing deep vibration machines are fixed,and they are inherent in soil particles with different firmness.The characteristics of frequency and amplitude change are not suitable.This paper mainly analyzes,optimizes design and tests the existing variable-frequency amplitude vibration deep-steam test bench,so as to better collect vibration deep-slow working parameters,and provide theoretical basis for further improving the design of deep-separation machine tools.After reading the literature,the mechanism of vibration reduction and loosening resistance was studied.The structural analysis of the existing vibration deep looseness test bench was performed.The static analysis of the main parts such as the test stand frame and deep loosening shovel was performed using ANSYS,and improved design was performed;According to the requirements of the deep-separation test,the Beidou/GPS route recording module was added to achieve real-time recording of deep loose paths.The difference between the tensile pressure sensor output and the traction pull force between the resistance force and the vibration element of the deep loose shovel was tested by the indoor bench test and the field test.Get the following conclusions:1.In the frequency range of 0-30hz,amplitude 0-5mm,the equation for the relationship between the deep-sweeping shovel load and the output of the control system of the deep-slung test-bed is obtained:F=398.4958+4.1635x~2+0.011y~2+0.09z~2+0.0031xyzThis relationship is verified by field experiments,and there is 1.64%-5.45%error.2.Install BeiDou/GPS route recording module,the maximum error of the module accuracy test is 14.8748cm.
