Korla fragrant pear belongs to Xin-jiang pear species(Pyrus sinkiangensis Y(u|¨)),it is Xinjiang traditional local varieties and have been cultivated as long as 1500 years of history. The 20th century in the late 80's Korla Pear was a large-scale cultivation.Korla fragrant pear exported to the United States,Southeast Asia,Hong Kong,Macao and other countries and regions. It is an important economic source of income for farmers in Korla city,an important economic development. It is an important position in the location economic development. However,in recently years as a result of abnormal weather has seriously affected the normal growth and development of Korla Pear, the tree damaged by froze and leaded to death. This study attempted to freezing during pear evaluation the winter and analysised Korla Pear physiological and biochemical characteristics of antifreeze, antifreeze for Korla fragrant pear production from cultivation. In order to reference to the cultivation production of antifreeze in Korla fragrant pear. This research take the Korla fragrant pear as material,to compare it is cold resistance under different physiological biochemistry processing.Comprehensive evaluation of Korla fragrant pear cold resistance strength and provides the basis theory of the Korla fragrant pear's cultivation under the cold condition.Research content is:1.the physiological and biochemical indexes of varying degrees frostbite of Korla fragrant pear.2.Physiological reaction of the different treatment of yield and pharmacy under artificial cold condition.3. Variety physiological reaction of the different treatment of yield and pharmacy between fore and after of dormancy. The test result indicated:1.The degree of damage has been continuously strengthened, branches and flower buds of dissociation proline, soluble sugar,N,K,Mg content decreased.2.The sequence of cold resistance of the Korla fragrant pear tree with different treatments was treatment middle>treatment high>treatment low;1.0mmol/L SA>2.0mmol/L SA>5mmol/L Put>1.0mmol/L Spd>0.5mmol/L Spd>CK>10mmol/L Put>1mmol/L Put>2.0mmol/L Spd>0.5mmol/L SA.3.With processing temperature decreasing, the electrolyte leaching rate, the soluble sugar, the proline content, the SOD,POD activity and MDA content overall assumes the trend of escalation. The electrolyte leaching rate and MDA content present correlation, the relevance is remarkable, while it and the solublesugare proline content present negative relevance.4.The electrolyte leaching rate, the proline content,MDA content, the soluble sugar, the SOD activity can be considered as the main cold resistance indexes, the electrolyte leaching rate can be considered as the most important indexe.5.The content of N,Ca,Mg overall assumes the trend of escalation, the content of P,K decrease.
