| The paper mainly studies on seed bisical biology characteristic and dormant and sprout characteristic of Magnolia wufengensis L.Y.Ma et L.R.Wang,measured activity changes of POD, SOD,AMY,EST,PCA,ATPase as well as the content changes of MDA and solubility protein during seed dormant and sprout,we summed relations between these characteristic and the species endeathment mechanism as follows:Seed of M.wufengensis demanding to the storing condition is very strict,sensitive to drying and low temperature is accord with the mainly characteristic of recalcitrant seed,therefore we can preliminary group the Seed of M.wufengensis as recalcitrant seed.According to analyse active and zymogram changes of seed isozyme,ascertained that 4℃sand moisture 100%is the best store condition of M.wufengensis seed.Fresh seed has aready mature both on form and physiology,but the high concentration's inhibitors in seed episperm led to unable natural sprouting of the seed collecting newly.The experiments of germination show that both soak 72 hours in100 mg/l gibberelin and stroe 6 months in 4℃moisture 100%sand can improve sprouting rate of fresh seeds,but these two kinds treatment can not be used to guide to produce practice directly,maybe the union attempting two treatments is a more effective trying in future.Synthesize all above conclusions,the characteristic that exceeding sensitive to disadvantageous environment of M.wufengensis seed must be the important component of the species endeathment mechanism. |
