Manufacture Of Humic Acid Compound Fertilizers And The Effects On Yield And Quality Of Flue-cured Tobacco

As we all know, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer has lots of advantages to soil and crops. By mingling humic acid with inorganic nutrients could obtain lots of tobacco formula fertilizer. The fertilizer can improve soil properties and achieve a sustainable development of tobacco leave.The main contents in this thesis include three parts: 1. Basing on the tobacco soil basic properties, we screened the best humic acid compound fertilizer formula for tobacco leave production; 2. Studied the effects of humic acid compound fertilizer on the quantity and quality of tobacco leave in brown earth and cinnamon soil type; 3. Applied and popularized humic acid compound fertilizer in Linyi tobacco growing area.The following results were obtained:1.In a whole, Linyi tobacco growing area soil pH≤7.0, soil organic matter content lower or severe lower, available N content appropriate, available P,K contents rich, but the availability of available K was lower, exchangeable Mg,Ca contents rich, available Mn content basic appropriate, available Fe content lower, available Zn content a little lower, available B content a little lower in some soil. 2.The following results were obtained:1. humic acid could accelerate tobacco growth, increase yield and output value of tobacco leave, promote nitrogen absorption and accumulation. Humic acid compound fertilizer was more suitable for tobacco leave growth than cake fertilizer. However added castor-oil cake fertilizer, the fertilizer had a bad effect on the quality of smoking evaluation of flue-cured tobacco leave.3. By completely analyzing soil nutrients status in Linyi tobacco growing area and experiment results of many kinds of humic acid compound fertilizers, combining many year production experience, we screened out 3 kinds of humic acid compound formulas, and done field experiments and small area demonstration. According to these results, explored humic acid compound fertilizer improved formula.4. Experiments done in brown earth and cinnamon soil showed humic acid fertilizer could promote fertilizer efficiency of inorganic fertilizer. The formula of the fertilizer including 30% humic acid, urea fertilizer, calcium magnesium phosphate was suitable in Shandong tobacco growing area, Strains of tobacco appearance were superior to the contrast, incidence of a disease was lower, tobacco leave was easier for flue-curing, the output value, average price and high class leaf proportion were higher than the contrast. Results of the experiments for improving formula of fertilizer showed humic acid fertilizer could better chemistry components of tobacco leaves, raise sensory and smoking quality.5. Research showed, if the content of biuret was in a controllable range, a smaller quantity of urea fertilizer and calcium magnesium phosphate in humic acid compound fertilizer could accelerate the rate of tobacco growth and have a better effect on output value.6. Humic acid compound fertilizer demonstration experiments which lasted 2 years showed, the tobacco leave yield in demonstration region increased 5-15kg/667m2 than that in the contrast, output value increased 93-180yuan/667m2, high class tobacco leaves and average price had enhancements too. The total area of popularization and application was 1333hm2, increased revenue 209.8*105yuan.
