Take Zhongyan102as material, use field experiments to study the interaction of humic acidwith potash to the influence of the flue-cured tobacco growth and quality. Discusses the differentbetween humic acid and potassium ratio on the growth of the field flue-cured tobacco andphysiological characteristics, influence the chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco leaves, physical characteristics, quality of both appearance and sensory. The main conclusions are asfollows:1. After analysis tobacco soil with the interaction of humic acid and potash with physicaland chemical indicators, test results show that the ratio of humic acid and potash can significantlyreduce the density of soil, which improve the contention of organic matter significantly; effectiveimprove the physical and chemical properties of the soil, such as increasing soil nutrient supplytobacco improve urease, catalase activity, thereby creating favorable conditions for the robustgrowth of tobacco plants.2. Analysis the influence of interaction between humic acid and potassium on flue-curedtobacco field to the growth and leaves’physiological aspects of each blade, the results showed that:improve the amount of potassium and humic acid in a appropriate scope can direct ration to thefactors as tobacco roots, leaves, total dry weight and economic factors, the best performance of allprocessing is T4treatment, which confirms previous studies, also the impact of the interaction ofhumic acid and potash in the dry mass of the flue-cured tobacco vigorous and maturity are ratherobvious.3. Analyzed baked tobacco physical properties and chemical composition, the results showedthat: the T4treatment of interaction of humic acid and potash can significantly improve theupper leaf blade length, width and single leaf weight, significantly lower the middle leaf thicknessand the stem ratio of tobacco; processing T4levels are higher than other treatments, afterreasonable fertilization can significantly improve the tobacco fields’nutrient supply, effective coordination the chemical composition of tobacco, thereby increasing the leaf quality.4. Study the effect of interactions of humic acid with potash to the baked tobacco mineralelements and organic potassium index showed that: T4treatment in favor of the raise roastedtobacco with potassium, chlorine, sulfur content, thus improving the roasted tobacco potassiumchloride and organic potassium ratio index; T2treatment can also improve the roasted tobaccopotassium, chlorine content, making the baked potassium chloride and organic potassium thantobacco index improved either.5. Flavoring substances and sensory quality of baked tobacco analysis, the results indicate:T4treatment’s total amount of flavoring substances had the highest content, however T1processing least, seems that different amount of humic acid and potash interactions greatlyaffected the content of flavoring substances, in the appropriate range, higher levels of humic acidand potash consumption gets the higher levels of interaction flavoring substances; in terms ofstyle characteristics, T4treated samples strong-favored style features the most significant, T1trends ahead of the treated samples in four treatments in coordination with the worst concentrationof smoke. In terms of quality characteristics, aroma characteristics of four sample treatment isnot very different; T2’s flue smoke characteristics is slightly better, T1treatment slightly is worse;the taste characteristics of T4, T3, T2processing is not very different, T1treatment is slightlyworse. The complex sort of each processing sensory quality comprehensive is: T4> T3> T2> T1. |
