There are many kinds of indoor air pollutants,including Ammonia which is one of the common pollutants in the decorated construction indoor air,whose features are long incubation period,lasting harm,accumulating in the human body and eventually leading to the occurrence of a variety of disease complications.So the working on pollution survey of Ammonia and purification of indoor air is needed,with a view to get people to a wide range of concerns and to general importance on indoor Ammonia pollution.This paper was based on the investigation pollution of the indoor Ammonia,studied on several foliage plants in Ammonia pollution of the purification and morphological characteristics,and in-depth studied morphology cytology and physiological and biochemical response of Ammonia pollution Scindapsus aureus.Its conclusions were as follows:(1) In Heihe city residential the prevalence of indoor Ammonia pollution,closely related to the family decoration,concentrations of indoor Ammonia reduced along with the fitment time Extended,for the future indoor air Ammonia concentration the trends forecast,and get the fourth-order polynomial equation as follows: y=0.0128x~4-0.1867x~3+0.9933x~2-2.4929x+3.1283(R~2=0.9787)(2) Using fumigation,we studied on the effects of 12 kinds of potted foliage plants to absorb ammonia.The results showed that:12 kinds of potted foliage plants had different Purification capacity under different Ammonia processed.Overall it showed a single peak curve.Deal with Smoke for 24h,12 kinds of potted foliage plants' purifying capability: Chlorophytum comosum'Medio-pictum '>Calathea insigis,Pelargonium odoratissimum, Scindapsus aureus,Pilea cadierei,Syngonium podo-phyllum cv.Variegata>Setcreasea purpurea Boom,Schfflera odorata cv.Variegata,Pelctranthus oertendahlii,Dracaena sanderiana'Golden edge'>Nephrolepis exaltata(l.)Schott.cv.Bostoniensis,Coleus lolumei Benth.Deal with Smoke for 7d,12 kinds of potted foliage plants' purifying capability: Absorption Rate:Scindapsus aureus,Chlorophytum comosum'Medio-pictum'>Syngonium podo-phyIlum cv.Variegata,Pelargonium odoratissimum,Pilea cadierei,Calathea insigis>Dracaena sanderiana'Golden edge',Schfflera odorata cv.Variegata,Pelctranthus oertendahlii,Setcreasea purpurea Boom.>Nephrolepis exaltata(l.)Schott.cv.Bostoniensis, Coleus lolumei Benth.Coleus lolumei Benth is the indicative plant of Ammonia coercion.(3) Undering Ammonia stress,we study on Scindapsus aureus's physiological resistance, the result shows that:potted Scindapsus aureus leaves on Diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate showed two peaks curve,and the diurnal variation of transpiration rate compared with single-peak curve;5.33mg/m~3(8.0ppm) of Ammonia concentration of green leaves of radish plants by the critical stress concentration;Scindapsus aureus radish in dealing with different concentrations of ammonia,the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance showed a trend among similar,and it was positive correlation between the three.Scindapsus aureus of seedlings hydroponics major physiological indices:chlorophyll content,dry matter content,membrane permeability,MDA content,soluble protein content, NR activity,POD activity,SOD activity significantly between both the linear correlation between the differences and significantly,but also with similar changes in the process,and smoke to deal with 3d,5.33mg/m~3~6.67mg/m~3 concentration of ammonia as Scindapsus aureus of seedling hydroponics leaves by coercion of the turning point conditions.
