In this study, plants such as peppers, cowpeas and tomatoes were treated by3DFC-450space electricfield high voltage electrostatic field and SZ-C coustic fueling instrument, and their height and diameterwere measured during the growing process, and their Vitamin C, soluble sugar, protein, water content,cellulose and fruit shape index were measured during the fruit maturation period. The results were shownas follows:1. In autumn of2012, the single fruit weight and total yield of peppers in solar greenhouse werecompared with the control. The total yield increase was10.4%higher than that in the control. The singlefruit weight and total yield of peppers in solar greenhouse set with space electric field and coustic fuelinginstrument were compared with the control. The total yield increase was17.7%higher than that in thecontrol. Thus, both pace electric field and coustic fueling instrument increased soluble sugar, protein andVitamin C content of peppers, and the increase was significant compared with the control. In Spring of2013, the height and diameter of peppes in No.15solar greenhouse and in No.14solar greenhouse werecompared with those in No.13solar greenhouse. The height was increased by9.4%and4.1%respectively,and the diameter was increased by9.1%and4.5%respectively. Space electric field and coustic fuelinginstrument had a significant influence on the Vitamin C content, soluble sugar content, cellulose contentand single fruit weight of peppers. Coustic fueling instrument had a significant influence on the proteincontent and water content of peppers, but space electric field had no significant influence on them.Compared with the total yield of peppers in No.13solar greenhouse, that in No.15and in No.14solargreenhouse were increased by16.1%and9.9%respectively.2. In Spring of2012, the total yield of cowpeas in No.24solar greenhouse was increased by24.7%,but the effect of space electric field was not obvious in earlier stage. The average values of the three datasets in No.24solar greenhouse were higer than those in No.25solar greenhouse. The fruit shape index ofcowpeas in No.24solar greenhouse field was higher than that in No.25solar greenhouse. In Spring of2013, the height and diameter and total yield of cowpeas in No.12solar greenhouse was differentsignificantly with those in the control. The total yield increase and single fruit weight increase wererespectively8.6%and6.6%in No.12solar greenhouse compared with those in the control. The effects ofspace electric field on soluble sugar, Vitamin C, protein, water content and cellulose of cowpeas weresignificant.3. In Spring of2012, compared with No.31solar greenhous, the yield of potatoes in No.30solargreenhouse increased13.96%, and the single fruit weight increased25.05%, and the sugar contentincreased0.06, and the commodity rate increased2.6%, and the deformity rate reduced1.54%。To sum up, the space electric field and coustic fueling instrument can effectively promote pepper,tomato, cowpea grow, influence on fruit quality significantly. In the greenhouse the rational allocation ofspace electric field and coustic fueling instrument to improve vegetable growth environment,provides thereference for the green, pollution-free vegetable production.
