Underground insects destroyed agricultural production serioμsly, becaμse of underground insects'jeopardizes, food supplies output loss achieve 5-10% , cotton output loss achieve 20% approximately every year, so, it make country economy lose a lot. Now mixing medicament with seeds, venom irrigation, poison grass trap and kill, toxic soil wereμsing as the main way to prevent underground insects. These ways were serioμsly polluting the soil, destroying the ecology, effecting the sμstained development of agriculture. Polluted farmland has reached 26.67 million hectares in China, pesticide residues pollution and excessive fertilization areas were 10 million hectares. Looking for a new non-polluting preventing and curing the underground insects was a urgent affair, so, the paper put forward a new method to kill underground insects by high-voltage pulsed electric field.For finding the new way ofμsing high-voltage pulsed field to kill underground insects and offering theory practicality index, the high-voltage pulse circuit was designed, and concluded its parameters by Multisim 8. Then, the sketch map was plotted and PCB board was built byμsing Protel DXP. Moreover, changing soil moisture rate, holding force, soil thickness, soil bulk density and time of load force, loading high-voltage pulsed field, the paper researched soil diffμse characteristic by discharging in discharging room.According to hereinafter works, the paper concluded:(1)Current of Wee River sand increased with load force as a line on these conditions: voltage=220V, frequency= 50Hz, duty cycle=1, moisture rate=30%, soil thickness=55mm, bulk density=1.61.(2)Current decreases with soil thickness increase, and they are true of linear on these conditions: voltage=220V, frequency= 50Hz, duty cycle=1.(3)Current increases with moisture rate increase on these conditions: voltage=220V, frequency= 50Hz, duty cycle=1. (4)Current of Wee River, northern gate wild yellow and school trial field and time of soil load force are true of linear after loading 5Kg force.(5)Current and soil bulk density are true of linear equation on these conditions: voltage=220V, frequency= 50Hz, duty cycle=1.
