A Study On The Relationship Between Tussach Production And Ecological Environment In Dandong, China

It is a traditional and beneficial industry in terms of tussah production in Dandong, which plays a very important role in increasing income for farmers and agriculture,and building well-off society.However,the relationship between tussah production and ecological environment is directly related to tussah production whether can develop further and how it develops.In this dissertation,the author analyzed the relationship between tussah production and ecological environment in theory and in practice,and discussed the main cause of damaging tussah field,and gave some suggestions on how to fully make use of resource advantages,how to develop tussah production,and how to achieve simultaneous growth in terms of economic,ecological and social benefit.Tussah production is mainly based on the tussah field which is important component of vegetation in mountain area.In recent 30 years,the quality of tussah field in Dandong has decreased dramatically because of some reasons,such as degeneration of about 1/3 of oak trees in tussah field,vegetation decrease,loss of soil and water, gradually-increased area of desertification.Therefore,that is a big problem that needs to be solved urgently.Currently,tussah fields have three categories such as class1,class2 and class3 respectively.Class1 tussah field accounts for 28.1%of tatal,and class3 tussah field accounts for 29.9%of total.Obviously,it is a important task of how to diminish area of class3 tussah field.Through qualitative and quantitive analysis for some investigations,the author suggested that some measures should be taken to prevent tussah field from being damaged continuously.1.Clarify ownership of tussah field,and make management rules of tussah field.2.Scientifically build ecologically-patterned tussah field.3.Scientifically raise tussah silkworm,and improve utility efficiency of tussah field.4.Implement the policy of stopping raising tussah silkworm instead of planting trees in some areas.5.Improve the landscape of tussah field and ecological condition.6.Comprehensively plan and manage. 7.Strength financial support.Finally,the author suggested that tussah production will become virtuous cycle in the future as long as we scientifically coordinate the relationship between tussah production and ecological environment.
