The field experiment was conducted to study the relationship dry matter accumulation and he formation of yield,the relationship of dynamic in soluble sugar and the photosynthetic organs and non-leaf photosynthetic organs,and dynamic changes of starch components in wheat kernels with eight varieties of spring wheat such as Xinchun12,Xinchun15,Xinchun17,Xinchun13,Xinchun6,98-8,y-20,Xinchun26. The results were as follows:(1) The yield of Xinchun15 was highest,and was up to 6689.28kg/hm~2,followed by Xinchun12, Xinchun26,Xinchun17,Xinchun6,98-8,Xinchun13,y-20.Based on the dynamic change and dry matter further analysis,we found that the dry matter accumulation of strong gluten type was lower than that of other types in spring wheat,but the differences between varieties were still existed.The regulation was not clear between the middle glutenin and weak glutenin of spring wheat.(2) The dynamic changes of soluble sugar content had difference significantly in different organs of different wheat varieties.The transferred amount of soluble sugar and that soluble sugar contributed to starch before anthesis was largest with stem,the second was spike,followed by sheath,the smallest was leaf;the sequence of that was stem,leaf,sheath,spike after anthesis.The correlation analysis showed that stem,sheath,spike were negatively correlated with content of grain starch,and the flag leaf,other leaves were negatively correlated with the content of grain starch,but was not significant.(3) The content of grain starch,amylose,amylopectin was going up after anthesis in different varieties of wheat.The trend of accumulation with grain starch,amylose,amylopectin was described by "S" curve;The proportion of Amylose/amylopectin was "V" curve.In mature stage,the content of grain starch was as followed:Xinchun13,Xinchun17,98-8,Xinchun12,Xinchun15,Xinchun26,Xinchun6,y-20. The maximum of Amylose/amylopectin was Xinchun15,later followed by Xinchun6,Xinchun13,98-8, Xinchun12,Xinchun17,Xinchun26,y-20.
