Under pot conditions with drought after anthesis by artificial control, Ningchun 4 spring wheat as materials, by measuring photosynthetic pigment content, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, protective enzyme, starch forms key activity, production and other physiological Biochemical indicators, studied after anthesis foliage may mitigate the effects of drought on the physiological mechanism of spring wheat, the results are as follows:(1) With drought stress, the photosynthetic pigment content of wheat was lower than normal water conditions, and photosynthetic pigments foliar treatments was significantly higher than two controls, and there were significant differences between treatments, Handilong,2% phosphate monobasic potassium, wheat chlorophyll content of more than 2% of urea were increased by 28.28%,30.70%, 19.61%. Foliar treatments spring wheat net photosynthetic rate was significantly higher than two controls, of which 2% urea,2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, Handilong increased photosynthetic rate by 57.14%,53.85%,57.14%, a significant drought mitigation of spring wheat net effect of photosynthetic rate, thereby increasing the synthesis of photosynthetic products, in the period after anthesis, foliage were each increased CO2 concentration in wheat, stomatal conductance, reduced transpiration rate and Fv/Fm, extended blade function period.(2) Compared with normal water, drought made protective activity decreased, and foliar spraying can improve protection activity, thereby delayed aging. CK wheat protective enzyme at 20 days after anthesis has sharply dropped to minimum, and foliar treatments protective enzyme in the period after anthesis are kept relatively high level of stability, of which2% urea,2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate fertilizer significantly improve the protective enzyme, SOD activity was increased by 39.48%,42.72%, 46.08%, therefore inhibited foliar damage of drought on the protective enzyme system to maintain peroxidation products accumulation and clear in equilibrium, preventing cell aging and prolonging wheat growth period.(3) Filing the late form of drought resulting in Wheat Starch key activity was decreased, slowed the rate of starch synthesis and foliar treatments starch grains form a key high activity and stability, increasing the amount of grain starch synthesis, increasing grain plumpness, thereby increasing grain weight, after anthesis,2% urea,2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, farm Bao, Handilong can significantly mitigate the effects of wheat starch properties with drought stress, ADPG activity were increased by 70.60%, 60.37%,60.37%,56.85%, SSS activity were increased by 50.52%,48.44%,53.45%,54.71%, SEB activity were increased by 71.07%,64.40%,77.07%,59.47%, the amount of starch were increased by 27.33%,26.53%,16.20%,10.20%, fertilizer can increase the starch forms a key activity and starch biosynthesis.(4) After anthesis Sping Wheat treated by drought stress, pikelet, grain weight, yield of each treatment were significantly lower than under normal water, and foliar spraying can be increased to varying degrees grain weight and yield,2% urea,2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, Handilong processing grain weight increased by 50.78%、66.24%、44.77%, but the effects of SOD fertilizer, compound amino acid stimulation were not significant, the test showed that 2% urea,2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, Handilong, farm Bao flower treasure effect of yield with drought stress on sping wheat was better, of which 2% urea mitigation was best.
