| N and K nutrition directly regulated the process of C and N metabolism and played an important role in maize yield and quality.Although there are already many studies on C and N metabolism in maize,Past study often mainly concentrated on the effect of N nutrition on C and N metabolism in maize,while the study of K nutrition on C and N metabolism in maize had seldom been released.And N nutrition levels usually limit in 0~300kg/hm~2 in studying on the effect of N nutrition on C and N metabolism in maize,the study on effects of N nutrition over 300kg/hm~2 on C and N metabolism in maize has been found.The study compared main idexes of C and N metabolism in maize leaves at different N and K nutrition levels, analysed effects of N and K nutrition levels on C and N metabolism in maize leaves.The study showed the basic principle of C and N metabolism in maize leaves,and indicated the enzyme differences of C and N metabolism in maize leaves,and proposed the regulation effect of different N and K nutrition levels on C and N metabolism and the yield and quality of maize.The study contributed a lot to the improvement of quality and culture with higher yield and better quality of maize.The main experiment results are as follows:1.The results showed that the main indexes of C metabolism in maize leaves(Single plant leaf areas, LAI,Chlorophyll content,RuBPC and PEPC) presented a single peak curve at the whole growth stage.The peak had different appearances with different N and K nutrition levels,but mainly presented in the middle of the whole growth stage.2.Single plant leaf areas,LAI,Chlorophyll content,RuBPC and PEPC first raised and falled then with different N and K nutrition levels.3.It also confirmed that Single plant leaf areas,LAI,Chlorophyll content,RuBPC and PEPC significantly positively or extremely significantly positively correlated with high N and K nutrition levels at different growth stage.Another the period that the max presented was influenced by N and K nutrition.4.Main indexes of N metabolism in maize leaves(Soluble protein content,NR and GDH) showed a single curve at the whole growth stage with peak values appeared at different periods,and peak value periods influenced by different N and K nutrition levels,but mainly presented in the middle of the whole growth stage.5.Soluble protein content,NR and GDH first raised and falled then with different N and K nutrition levels.6.It also confirmed that Soluble protein content,NR and GDH significantly positively or extremely significantly positively correlated with high N and K nutrition levels at different growth stage.Another the period that the max presented was influenced by N and K nutrition. |
