| The research of this paper is based on the analysis of the diversity of grape fruit shape,determination of appearance and intrinsic quality of 36 grape varieties of ten fruit shapes,descriptive comparative analysis of differences in fruit traits.Using Grey Relevance to measure importance of grape evaluation indexes,using factor analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and other methods,comprehensive evaluation of 36 different grape varieties,using cluster analysis to summarize several evaluation indexes.The main results of the study are as follows:1.The fruit shape of the grape is classified into 10 different fruit shapes such as oval grape,long oval grape,round grape,obtuse oval grape,chicken heart-shaped grape,obovate grape,oblate grape,curved grape,oblong grape,and girdle grape,there are many varieties of oval and round fruit.The initial fruit shape of the grapes is mainly round grape,then gradually emerge a variety of fruit shapes.Fruit weight,horizontal and vertical diameters are used to describe the index of fruit size,the weight of different fruit shapes is positively related to the horizontal and vertical diameters.2.Differences in appearance and inherent quality of different fruit shape grape varieties,this difference is reflected in the fruit shape,different varieties of the same fruit.Waist-shaped,oblong,and inverted-ovoid fruits are significantly heavier than other fruit shapes,oval,obovate,curved,rounded fruit with heavier pericarp.There was no significant difference in the fruit weight of elliptical,oblong,round,blunt oval,oblong,etc(p>0.05).There is a significant difference in the single fruit weight of the waist-shaped and oblate-shaped fruit shapes(p<0.05).There were no significant differences in peel weights in fruit shapes such as elliptical,oblong,circular,corset,blunt oval,oblong,oblate,and curved(p>0.05).There were no significant differences in the longitudinal diameters of fruits such as obovate,chicken heart shape,curved and other fruit shapes(p>0.05).There is a significant difference in the fruit shape indexes of the oblong,round,and waist-shaped(p<0.05).Oval grape TSS content higher than other fruit shape,there were no significant differences in TSS content in fruit shapes such blunt oval,oval,obovate and curved.There is no significant difference in TA content between oblong and curved shapes.The VC content of round and long oval fruits is higher than other fruit shapes,there are no significant differences between elliptical,oblong,corset,blunt oval,oblong,chicken heart shape,and curved shape(p>0.05).The differences in the content of total flavonoids and soluble protein in each fruit shape were not significant.The coefficient of variation of indicators such as single fruit weight,peel weight,transverse and longitudinal profiles of fruit,and fruit shape index of the bent and long ellipse varieties is higher.3.Using the grey correlation analysis,it was found that the TSS,VC content,solid-acid ratio,transverse and longitudinal meridians,etc.correlated more closely with fruit quality.Use factor analysis to reduce 13 evaluation indicators to 5 common factors,build factor score models with score factor values for each factor.Variance contribution rate after rotation according to factor,to build a comprehensive evaluation model for each fruit shape.Further calculate the comprehensive score of each breed.It can be seen by comparing the scores,oval shape,oblong shape,round shape and other common fruit varieties have better fruit quality.Jingya,Xiahe,Hutai 8 are high quality varieties.Combined with cluster analysis,five total evaluation indexes of TSS,total flavonoids,fruit shape index,VC and single fruit weight were selected. |
