Mulching hill-drop operation is a very promising technology in the development of modern agricultural production in dryland agriculture and water-saving agriculture. For the crops with weak ground-breaking ability, the traditional hill-drop operation has seriously affected the crop growth and made a lower survival rate of crops because the surrounding soil is easier to form compaction as a result of the impact of rain. Aim at the problem, this article carries out the modeling analysis on the components of under-film seeder in use of parametric modeling software Pro/E, and makes assembly machines and dynamic simulation. It makes movement analysis to the key components of seeding device and conducts a theoretical analysis. According to analysis,the major factors impacting the quality of seed-metering device are the number of seed-access device, forward speed of the machine and the filling volume. Refering the test methods of mulching machine, focusing on the passing rate of grains inspection hole, hole rate and deviation from the provisions of grain, making the single-factor test to planting corn by changing the number of seed-access device and the forward speed of the machine,it comes to the conclusion that the best speed of drawn seed tube is 54r.min-1. By orthogonal test method, with the corresponding seed-access device type, it respectively makes seeding performance test to the sowing corn, cotton, watermelon and green bean considering the three factors which are the number of seed-access device, forward speed of the machine and the filling volume. By analyzing the experimental results, the obtained optimal combination of three factors are: to the corn, it is optimal when the number of seed-access device is 6, the machine forward speed is 0.8 m.s-1 and the filling volume is 12.5%; to the cotton, it is optimal when the number of seed-access device is 4, the machine forward speed is 1.0 m.s-1 and the filling volume is 12.5%; to the green bean, it is optimal when the number of seed-access device is 6, the machine forward speed is 0.6m.s-1 and the filling volume is 12.5%; to the watermelon, it is optimal when the number of seed-access device is 6, the machine forward speed is 1.0 m.s-1 and the filling volume is 12.5%.
