This present research was to evaluated the effect of different levels of dietary Se to the growth performance(FCR,SGR),physiological enginery (SOD,LSZ,GPT,GOT,Hb),organic microelement on gibel carp (Carassius auratus gibelio) ,which now is important aquiculture breed in our country.And this research was also to investigate the condign supplement quantity on the diet for gibel carp. Feed supplement for the add, respectively 0mg/kg, 0.1mg/kg, 0.3mg/kg, 0.6mg/kg, 1.2mg/kg, 2.4mg/kg of selenium to 0 mg/kg group was the control group added. Inorganic selenium and selenium yeast at the same time, share a control group, 5 test groups of inorganic selenium and selenium yeast 5 test groups, a total of 11 groups of three duplicate set, a total of 33 barrels culture.The results showed that:⑴feed supplement inorganic selenium concentrations in different comparison: Inorganic Selenium 1.2mg/kg group the fastest growth (body length, specific growth rate of 0.038% . d-1, weight-specific growth rate of 1.131% ? d-1) , the relatively high feed efficiency (feed coefficient of 2.46, protein efficiency of 1.21%), while reducing visceral index and enhance the edible parts of fish, when the corresponding feed the total amount of Se elements 1.28 mg / kg.⑵feed supplement organic selenium concentrations in different comparison: Organic Selenium 1.2mg/kg group the fastest growth (body length, specific growth rate of 0.040% ? d-1, weight-specific growth rate of 1.17% ? d-1), feed efficiency relative higher (2.39 FCR, protein efficiency of 1.23%), while reducing visceral index and enhance the edible parts of fish, when the corresponding feed the total amount of Se elements 1.27 mg / kg.⑶the same concentration of organic selenium and inorganic selenium compared: the experimental group of organic selenium in the overall effect of the experimental group than the good of inorganic selenium, 0.1mg/kg, 0.3mg/kg, 0.6mg/kg, 1.2mg/kg, 2.4mg/kg Group of organic selenium and inorganic selenium group weight specific growth rate increased by 3.67%, 3.74%, 1.82%, 3.54%, 1.94%, an average of 2.94 percent.⑷physiological functions, the addition of selenium to fish non-specific immunity, liver pancreas function are affected hemoglobin; when organic selenium supplement the capacity of 1.2mg/kg, which feed the corresponding elements in Se the total amount of 1.27 mg / kg can significantly improve the body's non-specific immunity and improve the function of fish liver pancreas, improve the hematopoietic function of fish.⑸feed elements on the tissue Se content of Se, with Se supplementary feed to increase the level of the whole fish, muscle and hepatopancreas of the selenium content increases, when added up to 0.6mg/kg (the actual amount of inorganic Se 1.28 mg / kg; organic Se 1.27 mg / kg) stabilized after; At the same time, Se elements hepatopancreas is the main organ deposition.⑹The results of this study show that gibel best in the specific growth rate, feed efficiency, protein efficiency and whole fish and muscle selenium content, the feed content of selenium in organic selenium and inorganic selenium to 1.2mg/kg, 0.6 mg / kg. Therefore gibel determine the optimum selenium replenishment of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in the 0.6-1.2 mg / kg between.
