The study contented two experiments, which were inorganic salt trial and amino acid-chelated salt trial. They were conducted to determine the effects of Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn on the growth(weight gain, WG; specific growth rates, SGR ),physiological function(superoxide dismutase, SOD; lysozyme, LSZ; gliutamic-pyruvic transm- inase, GPT; hemoglobin, Hb),content of trace elements(Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn) in organs of allogynogenetic crucian carp. This study also was to discuss the difference to allogynogenetic crucian carp between inorganic and amino acid-chelated trace element supplemented in diet.Experiment one was the inorganic trace element orthogonal trial, using the orthogonal design of L9(34). Carassius auratus gibelio were fed nine kinds of diets supplemented Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn for 60 days. The results showed that, group 4 had the best weight gain and feed coefficient, while the body shape and physiological function were normal. This diet was supplemented Fe300mg·kg-1,Cu4mg·kg-1,Mn60mg·kg-1,Zn150mg·kg-1, and it contented totally Fe1218.65mg·kg-1,Cu21.41mg·kg-1,Mn127.17mg·kg-1,Zn192.50mg·kg-1. Zn had the largest effect on growth,LSZ,GPT of hepatopancreas,Hb; Mn had the largest effect on T-SOD of blood serum and mucus, CuZn-SOD of hepatopancreas, GPT of hepatopancreas; Cu had the largest effect on CuZn-SOD of blood serum; and Fe had the largest effect on GPT of blood serum. Hepatopancreas was the main storage sites of Cu, and Zn was mainly accumulated in the intestine.Experiment two was the amino acid-chelated salt orthogonal trial, using the same trial project as experiment one. The results showed that, group 7 had the best weight gain and feed coefficient, while the body shape and physiological function of fish were normal. This diet was supplemented amino acid-chelated Fe400mg·kg-1,Cu4mg·kg-1,Mn80mg·kg-1,Zn120mg·kg-1 , and it totally contented Fe1320.59mg·kg-1,Cu22.47mg·kg-1,Mn130.88mg·kg-1,Zn163.14mg·kg-1. The results also showed that Zn had the largest effect on growth with supplementing amino acid-chelated salt in diet. Comparing to the results of experiment one, there was no significant difference on growth, body shape, physiological function and content of trace element between supplementing amino acid-chelated and inorganic salt in diet. |
