The utilization of space mutation to induce plants mutation is an effective way to promote the formation of genetic variation and create a new germplasm.It is also the basis of breeding new varieties.This text takes the trial material with five types of flue-cured tobacco(TXY1,TT61,YZ-206,LH05 and YZ-160) variety,and the test is conducted to study on the influence of the agronomic characters of contemporary seeds treated by space mutation,and analysis on molecular marker from DNA levels, the main research results are as follows:1.In the mutation materials of M0 generation,the overall mutation rate is greater than the natural variation,the plant height and stem thickness and nodal distance and number of productive leaves and leaf length and leaf width both have positive and negative changes,the plant type and leaf color and leaf shape and foliage also have negligible variation,the possible reasons are high-altitude strong radiation and high vacuum and tiny gravity and other unclear factor,they both have notable inhibitory effect of germination.2.This text detect five types of flue-cured tobacco variety treated by space mutation with ten pairs of primers,the amplified result of primer pairs Me1-Em7 and Me5-Em1 show that,DNA variation occurred in the 1,2,5,11 and 1,2,3,4,5,9,11 strains of YZ-160;the amplified result of primer pairs Me1-Em10 and Me2-Em3 show that,DNA variation occurred in the 4,5,6,7 and 1,2,3,4 strains of YZ-206; the amplified result of primer pairs Me4-Em6 and Me5-Em4 show that,DNA variation occurred in the 1,2,4,5 and 2,5 strains of TXY1;the amplified result of primer pairs Me5-Em1 and Me5-Em9 show that,DNA variation occurred in the 1,5,6,7,8 and 6,7 strains of TT61;the amplified result of primer pairs Me8-Em5 and Me9-Em10 show that,DNA variation occurred in the 1,5 and 4,5 strains of LH05,in addition,the analysis results with SRAP marker show that,after treated by space mutation,the materials have been changed in DNA sequence at different degree...
