8 agronomic characters such as No. of spikes, plant height, spike length, spikelet number, degeneration spikelet number, 1000 grain weight, spike grain weight, yield, 4 quality characters such as content of protein, content of wet gluten, sedimentation value, hardness and SSR identification were analyzed on M3 progenies of 2 kinds of wheat Guo9722 and Heke2 processed by 60Coγradiation. The result showed as follows:1. The analysis on the agronomic variation of two kinds of wheat showed as follows: plant height, spikelet number and degeneration spikelet number werehigher than parent, spikes, spike length, 1000 grain weight, spike grain weight and yield were lower than parent. Positive and negative were filtered on 7 characters except spike grain weight which had only a positive mutation, there were 7 lines which had yield over 399g/line in M3 progenies of Guo9722. And in M3 progenies of Heke2, spike length was higher than parent, spikes, plant height, spikelet numbe, degeneration spikelet number, 1000 grain weight, spike grain weight and yield were lower than parent. Positive and negative were filtered on 7 characters except degeneration spikelet number which had only a positive mutation, and there were 8 lines which had yield over 289g/line. Correlation analysis of agronomic characters indicated that yield had positive correlation with No. of spikes, plant height, spike length, spikelet number, 1000 grain weight, spike grain weight and had negative correlation with degeneration spikelet number, moreover, spike had the most intimate correlation with yield. Cluster analysis of agronomic characters showed that the group of M3 progenies of Guo9722 can be divided into 4 groups when genetic distance was 94.09 and the group of M3 progenies of Heke2 can be divided into 3 groups when genetic distance was 79.9.2. The quality variation was anylyzed, and the mutation was filtered according to average value±2×SD. In M3 progenies of Guo9722, content of protein had 15 and 8 lines which had positive and negative mutation. Wet gluten had 11 and 4 lines which had positive and negative mutation. Sedimentation value had 13 and 15 lines which had positive and negative mutation. Hardness had 4 and 14 lines which had positive and negative mutation. In M3 progenies of Heke2, content of protein had 13 and 5 lines which had positive and negative mutation. Wet gluten had 8 and 3 lines which had a positive and negative mutation. Sedimentation value had 6 and 3 lines which had a positive and negative mutation. Hardness had 2 and 9 lines which had a positive and negative mutation. Correlation analysis indicated that there was an obvious correlation between 4 quality characters in M3 progenies of Guo9722, there was obvious correlation between 3 quality characters except hardness in M3 progenies of Heke2. Cluster analysis showed that the group of M3 progenies of Guo9722 can be divided into 4 groups when genetic distance was 13.16 and the group of M3 progenies of Heke2 can be divided into 6 groups when genetic distance was 11.02.3. According to SSR identification indicated, there were 19 and 14 lines in M3 progenies of Guo9722 and Heke2 whose genetic locus mutated. In M3 progenies of Guo9722, mutation occurred in genome 1D,2A,2D,3A,3B,5A,5B,5D,7D. There were 51 SSR locus which mutated (37%) in genome A, 44 SSR locus which mutated (31.9%) in genome B, 43 SSR locus which mutated (31.2%) in genome D. In M3 progenies of Heke2, mutation occurred in genome 1D,2A,3B,5A,5B,5D. There were 28 SSR locus which mutated (24.1%) in genome A, 69 SSR locus which mutated (59.5%) in genome B, 19 SSR locus which mutated (16.4%) in genome D.4. Through phenotypic and molecule identification, there were 15 lines whose conten of protein, wet gluten and sedimentation value belonged to national hard wheat standard, and the yield of line 319 was over average value+2×SD, the quantity and yield characters were better. There were 13 lines belonged to national weak wheat standard in M3 progenies of Heke2.
