Investigate the chicken frozen-thawed semen's motility on different osmotic pressure, starting frozen temperature, preserve time. The result showed that:1. Influence of different osmotic pressure at nomal temperature in single dilutionSelect glucose and sodium chloride that two common dilute solutions made from a different distribution of the singlel dilute solution, and test the semen's motility at room temperature. The results showed that 0.92percent glucose and the 6 percent sodium chloride diluted better. Osmotic pressure in most of the about 300 mOsm. Semen's motility in the low permeability and the hypertonic solution under normal temperature become descent. The maximum osmotic pressure does not exceed the scope of the semen itself osmotic pressure of 1.5 times.2. Influence of different osmotic pressure on chicken semen's frozen-thawed motility in complex dilution.Based on the first experiment, we make two liquid. The result showed that : chicken semen's frozen-thawed motility in the sixth dilution of system A is the best(0.4250±0.0858),the sixth dilution ( 0.4250±0.0858 ) and seventh dilution(0.4591±0.1221) in system B is best, and the are all significant difference(p<0.05). Analysis of correlation show they have strong positive correlation(r=0.611,N=162,p<0.01)and was significant difference.3. Influence of starting frozen temperature on chicken semen's frozen-thawed motilitySelection of the better-performing B7 as a dilute solution of liquid at different temperatures to freeze the beginning of the experiment. In the common starting cold temperatures (-100℃- 140℃) test. The results showed that common starting cold temperature of -140℃of the sperm after thawing is best. Its motility (0.4591±0.1221) was significantly higher than the beginning of freezing temperature of -100℃of Group 5 (0.4312±0.0858).4. Influence of different preserve time on frozen-thawed semen's motilityAfter the frozen semen will be divided into at the option of immediate thaw, a thaw days, three days after the thaw, thawed a week, five hours a month to thaw a thawing of the observation. The results showed that five groups'data is not significantly different, but the semen motility is into a downward trend. Malformation rate among the five groups was not significantly different. | Keywords/Search Tags: | CHICKEN, SEMEN, DILUENTS, OSMOTIC PRESSURE, STARTING FROZEN TEMPERATURE, PRESERVE TIME | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
