The wheat distributes to plant in Gangu County.Complicated terrain, the horizontalgutters and the more different weather have provided the Condition which causes wheat stripe rust.Heat period in summer. Puccinia striiformis can be oversummering at the spring wheat of familiar winter and at living the wheat seedling in high elevation region.At the winter, P.striiformis can be overwintering at the autumn wheat seedling of the low elevation region. P.striiformis can be overwintering and oversummering in that area on friendly elephant condition of special geography environment,the cultivation condition,and weather condition. P. striiformis can be circulating in the anniversary of that area .It provided the beneficial condition for a survival and variations of P.striiformis.This wheat stripe rust of Gangu County was chosen in this research .By collecting the weather for the data in 1980-2003 (mainly temperature and rainfall) and the disease occurrence spreading data of wheat stripe rust in the same period ,chosing the wheat stripe rust occurrence epidemic related factor geography information database as basis, the wheat stripe rust occurrence district diagram was preliminarily set up with GIS. The reason were analyzed that wheat stripe rust caused the seedling of the autumn outbreak,and spring spread.,combining to order the form of taking the noodles. Baijiawan,Wujiahe, Jinshan, Jinping and Gupo were predicted to deliver wheat stripe rust. The foundation was set up for keeping managing of wheat stripe rust and carrying on P.striiformis source base precision's surveying.The estimated factor and epidemic degree were relatively analyzied for wheat stripe rust in Gangu County,combing the investigative disease date in field, estimated factors(average temperature in3-5 months, rainfall of 3-5 months, decline the amount of water, susceptible variety area and cultivation area). At the same time, the homologous estimate model was built up.(1) The research of average temperature in3-5 months and epidemic degree, it was built up the regression model of the epidemic degree and the first ten days of March, March middle ten days of month, March last ten days of a month, and April the first ten days of month: Y=ï¹£1.154ï¹£0.024X1+0.2316X2-0.014X3+0.1737X4.(2) The research of rainfall of 3-5 months and epidemic degree, it was built up the regression model of the epidemic degree and 3-5 months: Y=1.31359414+0.017953373X1+0.001550194X2+0.002877622X3.(3) The research of the amount of water January and February this year, in December last year and epidemic degree, it was built up the regression model of the epidemic degree and last year December, that year January and decline of the amount of water:Y=0.314838ï¹¢0.196624X1ï¹¢0.103387X2+0.039823X3.(4)The research of susceptible variety area and cultivation area and epidemic degree, it was built up the regression model of the epidemic degree and susceptible variety area ,cultivation area: Y=0.834896ï¹¢4.060807X.
