Gansu provence is the main production area of hop in China. The harvesting of hop is the major work of the whole hop production process which is mainly conducted manually in Gansu. If the harvesting of hop is mechanized, the shortage of labor force in autumn in rural area will be greatly reliefed. It will also reduce the cost of hop production. This research used some new software ,for example ADAMS,CFD and ANSYS/FLOTRAN research the vibrating separation equipment of hop picking machine and its flow field. The following are the main parts of our research work:1.A new method of seperating hop with vibrating equipment was introduced in this article. The basic principlces of hop separation with vibrating separation equipment was discussed. The mathematical model of vibrating separation equipment was established and the model was proved well fitting with the practical situation. The result is meaningful for mechanization of hop picking.2.Constitute model in the ADAMS on vibration riddle, and then carried through dynamic simulation, reviewed vibration riddle swing in the direction on Y and velocity on X position, and analyzed every point in the riddle how to change on acceleration. And then did some virtual trials on the factor that could effect machine capability, then choosed the factor that have obvious effection on the equipment; And then used the ADAMS'optimizing tools to optimize factor which had special defection on the griddle. The result showed that when the winch's radius was 60mm and velocity was 200rmp, the riddle could move excellent. And added material into it, then add force, simulated the material moving on the griddle.3. In this thesis we simulate and analyze the flow field of fan of hop seperation in subway with a commercial CFD software-Fluent 6.3 . Our discussions focus on outlet flow region in suction area, velocity distribution and vector filed. The calculation results show good agreement with the data taken from experiment.4. In order to improve the cleaning quality of vibrating separation device of hop, its airflow field of the equipment is researched. A method for hydrokinetics simulation and analysis is presented by using ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD. Then, this paper discusses how to build simulation model and analyze the analysis results. At last, taking the vibrating separation device of hop as an instance, the ideal airflow field distribution is obtained, which shows the validity and superiority of this simulation and analysis method.
