China has been a large agricultural country since ancient times.The output of rice has been continuously improved,and its processing capacity should be correspondingly improved.However,at this stage,many enterprises' processing technology for rice still stays at a relatively backward technical level.In this paper,we have reviewed the relevant literature and designed a set of gravity-type grainrough separation devices that can be used in teaching experiments to achieve automatic control.This paper mainly studies the status quo at home and abroad,understands the cutting-edge technology of the grain-rough separation device at home and abroad,understands the whole processing process and processing technology of rice,and finally formulates the research content of this paper.The second chapter of this paper is to design the structure of gravity-type grainrough separation device.Using theoretical mechanics,mechanical principle and mechanical design knowledge,the separation principle of the grain-coarse separation device is understood to design its core mechanism,and finally based on the calculation formula.Designed a four-bar vibration mechanism for the gravity-type grain-rough separation device.According to the four-bar vibrating mechanism,the whole mechanism design of the experimental device for grain separation is completed..First,establish a threedimensional model in ADAMS,then set the vibration frequency and amplitude of the ADAMS model,and finally observe whether it interferes or can not achieve its motion,etc.After the control system design.After completing the three-dimensional modeling of the good grain separation experimental device,the direction of rotation of the motor is controlled according to the H-bridge principle of the motor.Different voltage principles are generated according to different pulse signals to control the rotation speed of the motor,thereby finally controlling the gravity.The vibration frequency of the coarse separation device.In this paper,the PC is used as the upper computer,and the Arduino microcontroller is used as the lower computer to realize the control of the grain separation device.At the end of the paper,the grain separation process under specific conditions is simulated and analyzed.The collision model of EDEM is used to establish the collision model of rice and brown rice in EDEM,the vibration frequency and amplitude are adjusted,the simulation is started,and the simulation results are obtained.It is shown graphically,which proves that the separation effect is good.
