| This thesis made a study on the cutting propagation of one breed of Hedera helix in July and august to solve the problem of high mortality in summer industrialized production. Through observing the radication in the cutting of common ivy,we may grasp the law of its redication.Through selecting the common sterilizers on the market to sterilize the soil, the survival rate in summer cutting is improved and effective and cheap medicines could be selected out.Through using NAA as the exogenous hormone to treat the cuttings,the best NAA concentration can be selected.Though soaking the cuttings in the same concentrated NAA for different time,we can observe the NAA's inhibition on the cutting budding and its influence on the cutting radication and thus select the right soaking time. Shading has certain influence on the radication.Through observing the growth of cutting roots,we can decide if shading is needed.Though treatment on the survived cutting with GA of different concentration,we can select the best GA concentration.Through spraying GA and NAA of different concentration on the leaves of the survived cuttings,we can determine the best concentration to stimulate the stem growth.1,Hedera helix is of mid-radication type and the root on the bark grows earlier than that of regeranative tissue.2,The rotting rate with Carbendazim as sterilizer is the same as with water,i.e.100%.The percentage will be 97.5%with metalaxyl,93.8%,31.3%with chlorothalonil,sodium p(dimethylamino)benzenediazo sulfonate,25%with Penicillin.So Chlorothalonil and penicillin are most effective.3,The most effective sterilizer is the composition of chlorothalonil and penicillin.4,In the experiment of using 150 mg/LNAA to inhibit the budding of common ivy,the longer the soaking time,the longer the budding time.Quick dipped cutting axillary budding has the same time with that of the contrast group,about 10 days,while that of the 5-minute soaked cutting is 15 days.However,the 10-minute and 15-minute soaked cutting didn't bud on the 20th day.In addition,the longer the soaking time,the length the root. However,the root length of the 5-minute soaked cutting is almost the same as that of the 15-minute soaked.Therefore,the cutting should best be soaked in the NAA solution for 5 minutes.5,The higher the NAA concentration,the more roots the cutting grow.The root number reaches the summit when the concentration is increased to 100 mg/L but will decline from 200 mg/L and the root will be poisoned when the concentration is above 350 mg/L.In low concentration,NAA can promote the cutting radication.But as the NAA concentration increases,it inhibits the radication.The root number doesn't show remarkable difference in 100 mg/L NAA and 150 mg/L NAA,but there is remarkable difference in average root length.So,150 mg/L NAA is more effective.6,Shading bears influence on the radication of Hedera helix cutting.Cutting root number shows great difference with no shading or 50%of shading.However the average root length doesn't show much difference.7,Treating the cutting with 100mg/L GA and 10mg/L NAA in turns can mostly promote the stem growth and the stem length shows remarkable difference from other groups... |
