Camellia sinensis is a species of Camellia in the family Theaceae.Camellia sinensis is evergreen shrub or small tree whose leaves and leaf buds are used to produce tea which is a significant part of local economics in southern C hina.Single node cuttingof tea plant is main technique for nursery.Compared to traditional cutting propagatio n,tea plant industrialized nursery has such benefit,short term nursery,low labor cost,artificial environmental factors,massive production,low material usage and land occupation,low illness rate,strong seeding and high seeding survival rate.The research of industrialized nursery is for increasing the survival rate of seeding,speeding up the process of nursery,cut the period of nursery down,increasing the speed of new production transferring to productivity.Under the condition of agriculture facility,selecting the best substrate formula,rootage agent treatmentand shading treatment for single node cutting.The results of ?Yinhongjiuhao?,?Jinxuan?,?Zijuan?,?Jinmudan?,?Boluoxiaoyelvcha?s research: 1.Substrate is a significant effect factor for s ingle node cutting.?Yinhongjiuhao? and ?Jinxuan? are used in cutting experiment which set seven different substrate formulas.The rooting percentage and the amount of roots growth have significant differences in different substrate formulas.When peat: vermiculite: perlite=2:1:1 are used as substrate formula,the rooting percentage reached the highest rate.2.Substrate formula which is composed of peat: vermiculite: perlite=2:1:1 and yellow soil(CK1,ck1)used in single node cutting.The rooting percentage had no significant difference.O n the other hand,there are significant difference on the root numbers,maximum root length,total weight,rootweight,and rooting growing condition.The substrate formula which is composed of peat: vermiculite: perlite=2:1:1 better than the yellow soil.3.Rooting agent can increase the cutting rooting percentage dramatically.Take ?Yinhongjiuhao? as an example,use ABT and IBA rooting agent concentrations 50,100,150,200mg/L respectively,as the concentration gradients soaking the cutting,and using 500,1000mg/L as the concentration gradients speed dipping method to deal with the cutting experiment.B6(88.89%)has the highest rooting percentage,then is B5,B10,B11,B12.Compared to CK2(46.22%)the rooting percentage increased by 78.48~92.32%.ABT agent has higher rooting percentage than IBA agent.Speed dipping has higher rooting percentage than soaking.Summary of all of index,the B11 have most excellent overall performance,hence IBA(500mg/L),used in 15 s dipping is best fit for single node cutting.4.The rooting percentage and rooting percentage of cortex have nearly same variation trend.The root agent can significant increase the rooting percentage of cortex,then increase the rooting percentage as well.The rate of sprout is lower than CK2 when the rooting agent used in cutting,and is inversely proportional to rooting percentage.The rooting percentage probably in same extent effect the nutrition distribution during the cutting,then promote the occurrence of adventitious roots and root growth.5.By covering two layers of sun-shade net,one layer of sun-shade net and the full-illumination spray system,which have the 25%,50%,100% natural light,used in ?Jinxuan? and ?Jinmudan?cutting test.The results prove that weak illumination condition is not good for rooting,meanwhile strong illumination is not good for survival.The best illumination condition for cutting is cover one layer sun-shade net,which equal to 50% of nature light.6.Under the same conditions,five tea varieties(or strain)in nursery was test.All of them have relatively high rooting percentage,between 76.67~93.34%.Different spices show individual variation in every index.The rank of the rooting ability is ?boluoxiaoyelvcha?> ?Zijuan?> ?Jinxuan?> ?Jinmudan?> ?Yinhongjiuhao?.The above research proves that the author solved the problem of the topic proposed basic,screen under the condition of the factory nursery,suitable for single node cutting of tea plant substrate formula,rooting agent concentration and the best combination of treatment,shading treatment,and five features of tea varieties(or strain)in south China for factorynursery adaptability.Preliminary explored a set of technical specifications for tea factory nursery in southern China region.
