Inflence Of Comprehensive Cultivation Techniques On The Development And Physiology Of The Red Globe Grape With Water-saving Treatment In The Solar Greenhouse

Abstract/Summary:
In different water treatments, the 4-year-old Red Globe grape was delayed to cultivate in the solar greenhouse. There were some measures for the trees: different summer pruning, bagging different bags, different times of GA3-American dipping, different times of multi soluble fertilizer poly-feed spraying and irrigating. The purpose of the measures was to research the treatment's effects of the shoot leaf, root growth, yield, quality and the aging of the leaf in the solar greenhouse. The main research results were:1. In different water treatments, comparing to each other , from water-saving 1/2-31.82 kg /plant×16 times, and water-saving 1/3-42.43 kg / plant×16 times to CK-63.64kg / plant×16 times,their average expansion rates of the berry diameter and length had a decreasing trend. but analysis of variance and multiple comparisons showed that they had not reached the level of significant differences (5%); under the CK(Traditional irrigation), 2 / 3 water and 1 / 2 water, followed the order , the fruit shape index increased slightly ; the berry weight and fruit firmness average was down; sugar content decreased slightly firstly, and then increased slightly. But all the indicators had not to reach the level of significant differences (5%). To a certain extent, Water-saving treatment could promote grape fruit color.2. In the different pruning treatments, about the increase total volume of the shoot and the leaf area, the result was pruning 3 (7-5-5)> pruning 2 (7-5-3)> pruning 1 (7-3-3). To consider it from the delayed cultivation point of view, the best treatment was the pruning 3; in the latter part of the grapes development, the treatment of pruning-3 was best in the photosynthetic capacity and nutrient manufacturing. But the pruning-1 was worst.3. with different times Qibao dropping, compared each other from 0times, 1times, 2times to 3times, the treatments of 2times and 3times had a very significant increase in grape yield; the first and third dropping treatment had a significant and very significantly reduce in the sugar content of fruit; fruit hardness had no difference significantly between all the treatments; In short, the effect was best that it was 10 days between two times dropping (concentration: 33.3 mg / L and 50 mg / L) continuously.4. with different types bagging, compared to CK, bagⅠ, bagⅡand bagⅢ, the bagⅢwas superior than bagⅠ,bagⅡand CK in the temperature stability and reducing. bagⅡ's speed was most quickly in the berry's coloring , and bagⅠ,Ⅲwas slowly. In the 3 indicators of the berry length, berry diameter and berry shape index, CK and every different type bags had not noticeable difference. there was no significant difference between the CK and bagⅢin the content of soluble solids, but they had significant and very significant improvement than others. On the fruit hardness degree, CK, bagⅢ,and bagⅡwere to reach significant difference (5 per cent) than bagⅠ, while, there was no significant difference among the CK, bagⅢand bagⅡ.5. Different fertilizer processing, in the solar greenhouse, with the irrigation times of the amino acid fertilizer and spaying times increasing of the trace elements increasing, the components of the MDA, SOD, CAT, soluble sugar and proline content showed downward trend in the Red Globe grapes leaves. It proved that irrigating and spaying could delay the leaf's senescence. And the effect of the 6 times irrigating + 4 times spaying was best. After water-saving treatment, the content of the MDA, SOD, CAT, soluble sugar and proline had a rising trend, and the content of the soluble protein and chlorophyll had a dropping trend. It proved water-saving treatment (1/2water, 2/3water) increased the leaf's senescence in some degree.6. Grape root's development law of the growth and changes in the solar greenhouse: root growth started earlier on the side of the non-farmyard manure (the east), and the growth concentrated mainly from mid-June to early July. And there were 3 more obvious peaks. But the amount of the growth was smaller. However, on the other side (the west), the farmyard manure was fertilized and the root growth concentrated on mainly from the early to late July. And the growth started later, and there were only 2 growth peaks. But the amount of the growth was far exceeding root growth in the east side of root cellar. The root growth was largest during the fruit hard core phase.
