Lilium has been one of famous international cut flowers. In recent years, lily diseases affected its production seriously and caused the losses of its industry .In this paper, we investigated the main cut lily diseases caused by fungi in Gansu province, identified the pathogens causing lily diseases, and selected the fungicides which could control the diseases effectively; meanwhile, we explored bulbs dressing chemicals and its formulation.1. Isolated and identified the pathogens causing cut lily diseases12 kinds of fungi were isolated from lily and 9 kinds of them were identified with pathogenicity. Alternaria alternate was a pathogen on leaves, which isolating rate was 56%, the incidence was 100% inoculating with wound and the incubation period was 24h, but the incubation period lasted to 72h when inoculated without wound. Fusarium oxysporum. could be isolated from stem base and bulb, which isolating rate was 76%, the incidence also was 100% inoculating with wound and the incubation period was 24h, but the incubation period lasted to 96h inoculating without wound. Penicillium cyclopium was chief pathogen of post-harvest diseases causing bulb rot and highly pathogenicity. As well as, the incidence was 100% inoculating with wound and the incubation period was 24h, but the incubation period lasted to 96h inoculating without wound. Gliocladium.sp, Hansfordia, Verticillium dahliae Kleb and Trichoderma.viride Pers. had poor pathogenicity.2. Screening fungicides to lily wilt and controlling effectivenesss in fieldThe most disease affected on lily vegetation was wilt by species of Fusarium, which made intensively loss on lily production. 5 kinds of fungicides and 2 mixed fungicides for controlling lily wilt were tested in the laboratory .The results showed that the carbendazim thiram (WP) almost inhibited the fungi growing at diluting 500 and 600 times to three species of Fusarium. Mancazb was reached 87.45%, 73.48%and 60.48% at diluting 400 times. The worst one was Lvjingling, only 20% to 30%.Mixed fungicides A and B respectively reached more than 86%.The field trials showed that the efficiency of carbendazim thiram was better at the beginning, then decrease later. But the efficiency of mixed fungicides was continuously effective. Moreover, adding agricultural amino acid could promote 31.56% effectiveness. 3. Screening fungicides of bulb rot during storage in Lab.The primary fungi of making bulb rot all belong to Moniliaceae, Moniliales, Deuteromycotina. 5 kinds of fungicides and 2 mixed fungicides for controlling bulb rot were tested in the laboratory .The results showed that the carbendazim thiram (WP) at diluting 500 and 600 times, almost inhibited the fungi growing of Penicillium cyclopium, Gliocladium Corda and Verticillium dahliae Kleb. Mancazb and Kasugamycin were better at experiment max-diluting. The worst one was Lvjingling to Penicillium cyclopium and Gliocladium Corda. Controlling effectiveness of mixed fungicides B was better than A, at 93.87%.But to Verticillium dahliae Kleb., A and B the same, reached to 93.87%。4. Exploring bulb dressing to control diseasesAs a main formulation of bulb coating, two kinds of film farming agent were screened, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(SCMC, 1#)and chitosan(2#).Then added active ingredients, such as carbendazim thiram (WP),Yimei and mixed fungicides B(J+Y)and so on. With other additional agents, 6 kinds of model were chosen at last, such as A,B,C,D,E and F. Controlling tests in storage showed that model C was the best, which fibre alcoholic fermentation rate was 0,bulb rot rate 0~3.33% during cold stored three months. Next was modle A, fibre alcoholic fermentation rate was 0,bulb rot rate1.38~6.13%.Worse one was E, fibre alcoholic fermentation rate was1.0~11.33%,bulb rot rate 0~9.52%.In all the efficacy of D,E and F less than A,B and C, which were inclined to be infected with high moisture in medium.
