| The bulbs of 'Navona', 'Pollyana', 'Prato', 'Elite', 'Merostar', 'Sorbonne', 'Tiber'and 'Siberia'were used at six different areas to evaluate their propagation ability, which blong to Asiatic lilies cultivar and Oriental lilies cultivar respectively. Depended on the expanding ratio, inclusion content and cut-flower quality, to give the suitable propagation areas for different varieties. The growth techniques were also studied in Sangyuanba such as plant depth and shading. The result indicated that the expanding ratio, recovery ratio and bulblet ratio of 'Navona', 'Prato', 'Elite'in Sangyuanba district exceeded in Wuxiang, Xunyangba, Taibai and Yangling evidently. For the Oriental lilies, the expanding ratio, and recovery ratio of 'Merostar', 'Sorbonne', 'Tiber'and 'Siberia'in Sangyuanba district exceeded in Wuxiang, Ningshan, Taibai and Yangling evidently. The content of soluble protein had no significant differential among Sangyuanba, Wuxiang and Shimen for 'Prato'and 'Merostar', but the soluble sugar and amylum content were lower in Sangyuanba than the other two areas. Depended on the index of comprehensive appraisal system, the cut-flower quality showed the sequence as Sangyuanba>Wuxiang>Shimen for 'Prato'and Wuxiang > Shimen >Sangyuanba for 'Merostar'. The study of plant depth and shading indicate that the plant depth had no effect on expanding ratio for 'Prato'and 'Navona'. 'Tiber'and'Siberia'got the highest expand ratio in 10cm plant depth, and this depth was best for bulblet ratio for four varieties. The expand ratio was higher in 50% shading than in 80% for 'Pollyana'and the shading reduced the bulblet ratio. The soluble sugar and protein content were increased with the diameter of bulblet and then decreased which contrary to inclusion content of amylum for 'Pollyana'and 'Siberia'. The highest expanding ratio were got when the bulblet diameter were 2.0-2.5cm of 'Prato'and 'Elite'in Sanguyanba. |
