| In this paper,the biological effects of 60Co-γradiation to Bombyx mori and Antheraea pernyi were studied,and the changes of blood protein were observed through electrophoresis.Through radiating silkworm eggs under the dose of 10~30Gy by 60Co-γ,the results showed that:with the increase of radiation dose,the hatching rate of silkworm eggs had an remarkable improvement.The average hatching rate of control plot was 93.11%,but the hatching rate of 10Gy,20Gy and 30Gy treatment plot reached to 34.44%,39.67%and 51.11%,respectively.Weighing 50 silkworms at random at 2nd day of 4th instars,,the average body weight of each plot(control,10Gy,20Gy and the 30Gy plot) were 1.174g,1.116g,0.975g and 0.862g.The silkworm body weight decreased along with the increase of radiation dose.The body weight of 20Gy and 30 Gy groups had extremely remarkable difference compared to 10Gy groups(p<0.01). Cocoon shell rate had no significant difference among 10Gy,the 20Gy radiation plot and the control plot,there were 23.37%,23.54%,24.25%,respectively.Yet the30Gy dose plot was 21.74%(p<0.05);The number of eggs laid per moth first raised then lowed,from 529 grains of control plot to 540 grains of 10Gy and 392 grains of 30Gy. There were changes about the strips of blood protein by electrophoresis.The result showed the best dose of 60Co-γradiation on silkworm breeding was 10Gy.The hatching rate of Antheraea pernyi in different does is lower than the control plot.There's no remarkable changes under the 5-15Gy.Compared with 92.40%of control plot,it was 55.19%in 5Gy,then increased to 67.22%in 20Gy,while decreased to 34.07%in 25Gy and in(20×25) Gy was 4.62%,it obviously affected by previous generation radiation.There's no rule in weight change as the dose increased. In Cocoon shell rate,when control plot is 9.16%,it reached 13.49%in 10Gy,and the other plot were quite similar to the control plot.The changes of hatching rate in second generation eggs were remarkable.In various dose groups(50 eggs each plot), control plot,5Gy,10Gy,15Gy,20Gy,25Gy and(20×25) Gy are 36,30, 43,10,5,5 and 0 respectively.The electrophoresis strips of blood protein in Antheraea pernyi have changed.It may be the reason of the low dose.We speculated that in organism the accumulation effect to later generations of radiation have more advantages than its' own genetic repair mechanism. |
