| Hatcheries a good health condition and performance is an important work of hatchery hatching,in a hatchery,bad health,and hatching rate is not stable or declining,this study to the hatchery,formulate reasonable disinfection solution,analyzed the factors that affect the hatchery hatching egg hatching rate,for the hatchery disinfection solution provides a train of thought,It improves the economic benefit of the hatchery and has a certain reference and guiding significance to the actual production.The results are as follows:1.Study on disinfection measures of hatcheryUsing 3 concentration gradient povidone iodine,glutaraldehyde decmethonium bromide and Benzalkonium Bromide Solution to disinfect the working area of hatchery respectively by spraying method,comparing the effective disinfection duration by detecting the total number of bacteria after disinfection with 3 disinfectants,and finally screened out the best disinfectant and disinfectant concentration in the working area of hatchery.Formaldehyde disinfection,povidone iodine,glutaraldehyde decmethonium bromide and Benzalkonium Bromide Solution spray were used to disinfect the facilities and the surface of the eggs.The disinfectant effect of 4 disinfectants on the surface of facilities and eggs was compared,and the best disinfectant and disinfectant concentration of the facilities and eggs were screened out.The results show that,disinfection in the hatchery work area,using 30m L/m~3concentration of 1:3000,disinfection of glutaraldehyde decyl methyl bromide solution can make the total number of bacteria in the air in the hatchery reach the standard,and the disinfection effect is three days,which is the best disinfection scheme for hatchery environment.Disinfection of facilities and eggs on hatchery facilities was carried out with 1000 m L/m~2concentration of 1:2000glutaraldehyde decyl methyl bromide solution for disinfection of eggs,egg tray and hatchery egg tray.After disinfection,the disinfectant could meet the standard requirements.Other disinfectants or concentrations do not meet the standard requirements.It is recommended that glutaraldehyde decyl methyl bromide solution be used as the best disinfectant in the hatchery.In the validation test of the sterilizing method of the screened breeding eggs,the hatching rate of the fertilized eggs was significantly increased,but still at a low level.2.Analysis on influencing factors of hatchery egg hatching rateIn order to analyze the reasons why the hatching rate of fertilized eggs was still at a low level in the verification test of the screening disinfection method for breeding eggs,the eggs of different varieties,different weeks of age and different storage time were incubated in groups to study the influence of the above three factors on the hatching rate of breeding eggs.Statistical analysis was conducted on the 18 day embryo rate and hatching rate of fertilized eggs of multiple batches of breeding eggs to determine the effects of breed,week age of breeding hens and storage time of breeding eggs on the 18 day embryo rate and hatching rate of fertilized eggs,so as to guide production and improve hatching rate of breeding eggs.The results show that,for the same breed,the highest hatching rate was when the eggs were produced by 30 to 37 week-age hens.When the eggs were stored for 4days,the percentage of viable embryos and hatchability of fertilized eggs were the highest and decreased with the storage time prolonged.The difference of hatching rate of different breeds was clear,which could provide guidance for practical production. |
