This research focuses on the disposal of the stolons and rhizomes of five fine kinds of local Cynodon dactylon by using different dosages of 60Co-γ,radiation in order to probe into the revulsive effect of the 60Co-γ,radiation towards the grass on the lawn.According to observing the growth of the seeds,they will be tested by SRAP which is used in dealing with DNA breaking effect in Seed M1.The research authenticates the differences caused by the revulsive effects on morphologic level and molecular level.It provides the experimental foundation to the sustainable improvement of Cynodon dactylon seed and the cultivation of new breeds.The main research results are as followed:1.Doing revulsive radiation onto the five shares of Cynodon dactylon stolons and rhizomes,by using three kinds of different dosages 60Co-γradiation such as 40Gy, 68Gy and 90Gy;integrated analysis and evaluation on revulsive materials through morphologic.The results show that,(1) According to the analysis of 5 accessions, Tifway showed the most obvious aberrance among all the accessions,with 7 characters comparatively reaching its high level;compared in the radiation dosage, Cynodon dactylon material unfolds more aberrance with more obviously revulsive effect.(2) The related analysis reveals the results that in three different radiation intensities,the materials which are revulsed by 40Gy are easier to be found with thicker stolons and smaller straight branches and leaves,as well as the lower grass height.(3) The results from morphologic clustering show that the revulsed materials are almost not in the same genre,proving the impact of this radiation on Cynodon dactylon M12.The turf quality analysis suggested that the aberrances caused by five Cynodon dactylon materials with different radiation dosages are not obviously.The result illustrates:(1) After being dealt with,the plant heights of the five materials have a tendency of becoming lower,of which Sau02014 has more change.They become lower by 90Gy 60Co-γradiation.(2) In general,the density of Tifway material that is disposed by 40Gy 60Co-γis bigger than the unsettled "Nanjin" material and Sau02014. Tifway takes the second place;in the radiation dosage,the materials disposed by 40Gy 60Co-γradiation are better than those disposed by 68Gy 60Co-γand 90Gy 60Co-γradiations.(3) In the analysis of chlorophyll,the content of chlorophyll of the five radiated materials is obviously reduced.The lesser of the radiation dosage,the lesser of the chlorophyll.3.Disposing the five free local Cynodon dactylon materials by 60Co-γradiation, with the radiation dosages respectively 0Gy,40Gy,68Gy,90Gy and 120Gy. Authenticating the differences caused by revulsive effect in the aspect of molecule in SRAP molecule tagging technique,the results are(1) By SRAP extending Cynodon dactylon radiation material DNA through 14 pairs of lead-in,326 clear strips of items will be gained.The percentage ofpolymorphic bands in average is 73.31%.(2) In the analysis of the hereditary similarity of the experimental materials,the quotiety of the similarity is between 0.577 and 0.966;the average GS is 0.728;the range is 0.389;the hereditary similarity changes a lot.In the aspect of material,the quotiety among the same materials is comparatively high.The GS changes among the different radiation intensities in the same material are as following,from the big to the small:Sau02011 "Nanjin" Tifway Sau02014 "Chuannan".It shows that Sau02011 material remarkably changes in molecule by this radiation;in the radiation intensity,this radiation under the condition of 40Gy 60Co-γand 90Gy 60Co-γis more obvious than under that of 68Gy and 120Gy.(3) According to the analysis of the material clustering,Tifway disposed by 68Gy 60Co-γradiation is obviously different and forms a unique type, with the most obvious revulsive effect.Besides,"Nanjin" revulsed by 120Gy 60Co-γradiation and both Sau02011 and Sau02014 which are revulsed by 40Gy 60Co-γradiation belong to the same type.It proves that this radiation has impact on all these materials.
