In recent years,China's super-high-yielding rice of the generalizing have the plant growth strong,high yield, the root system strong,and so on characteristics,but they exist to varying degrees of the problem,seeding instability,filling seed lack,lodging and root is personality.These have restricted form Super-high-yield.We found through research of super-high-rice control-tilling in prophase,in the late to prevent the root system personality,to prevent the late Lodging,is to realize the key to super high-yielding rice.The results mainly as follows:1,From the super-high-yielding rice in terms of dry material accumulation,as Qianyoug911 and 431 of the growth period experienced is not similar.Although close to the total of dry material accumulation, specific changes in trends in slightly different.Roots,stems,leaves,leaf sheath and the various organs of the grain dry material accumulation vary the dry material accumulation of qianyou911 more than jinyou431. From heading to the filling stage of the largest contributions to the accumulation of dry material,the formation of dry material is important period.2,From the super-high-yielding rice in terms of nutrient absorption,the total and the proportion of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium absorption of different rice varieties are differences,have more reasons for the difference is mainly in the different varieties of dry material accumulation caused by the differences, because the dry material Accumulation and nutrient absorption are complementary to each other.Qianyou 911 and jinyou 431 of nitrogen absorption the most period is tillering stage,there are still many in the latter part of the nitrogen absorption,in the tillering stage and booting-heading in the two nitrogen absorption peak. Rice to absorb most of the phosphorus nutrition early on,in the late part phosphorus nutrition from the stems and leaves transfer to the rices.From the absorption of potassium we draw inspiration,in booting the high-yielding rice takes a lot of potassium,and in the late part of growth the plants have certain potassium absorption capacity,so we should pay attention to the whole growth period of potassium supply.3,Different from the ear of the root biomass,the density,the average depth and color inference,the jinyou 431(many panicle type of rice) roots of larger biomass,deeper root system,premature senility may slow in late period.After the boot stage different type of rice the root system activity of change is different. Qianyou 911(Big panicle type of rice) of the root system to achieve maximum in the boot stage,after the growth process with the extension of its root system of gradually weakened.Jinyou 431 of the root system has shown a higher level at all time,with growth period change higher,the milk ripening stage reached the maximum,after gradually weakened.The root activity weakens Jinyou 431 later than Qianyou 911.The SOD activity,the amount of MDA and amino acid in root system of different panicle type of rice are similarly during the stage of growing process.The SOD activity of Qianyou 911 root system decreased dramatically during the late stage of maturity,Showing the anti-senile ability is feebleness in later period;the SOD activity of many panicle type-Jinyou 431 root systems always maintained at a high level compare to it,explained that its is stronger in later period.With rice's growth,different panicle type of rice variety's root system MDA is gradually increases,but each panicle type of rice increases the extent is different.The MDA concentration of big panicle type of rice-Qianyou 911 root system increased rapidly and decrepit seriously.For the booting stages to the milk ripening stage the concentration of amino acid of many panicle type-Jinyou 431 root system is more than big panicle type of rice-Qianyou 911.However,the amino acid concentration of big panicle type of rice-Qianyou 911 root system was higher during the yellow ripening stage.The concentrations of amino acid in the root systems of rice with different panicle forms all attained their maximum values during the heading stages uniformly,decreased with large amplitudes after the heading stages,and then arrived at their minimum values during the milk ripening stage.Comparing different types of rice in the experiments,for the booting stages to the milk ripening stage the concentration of amino acid of many panicle type Jinyou 431 root system thanQianyou 911.However,big panicle type of rice-Qianyou 911during the yellow ripening stage,the amino acid concentration of big panicle type of rice-Qianyou 911 root system was higher than jinyou431.From the above index we know that big panicle type of rice Qianyou911 the late period of the root system easier than many panicle type of rice Jinyou 431 is presenility.This may be due to Qianyou911(Big panicle type of rice) of rice there is an obvious sink-source of the lack of coordination."The sink dig and the source is small,it is the source limited".Varieties of grain filling have lasted for a long time,so the root system is easy presenility;Jinyou 431(many panicle type of rice) is the sink limited,but because of its sink small and source relatively large,Makes its grain filling is normal,root aging relatively slow.4,Rice boot stage after spraying the appropriate formula Baogen agent(5%and 10%concentration) to enhance itsα-naphthylamine of force,SOD activity and the root of amino acids and reduce accumulation of MDA,to a certain extent,slow down The root of the aging process and improve the latter part of the rice absorb nutrients and water capacity and anti-aging capability,thus to further improve rice production.T2 spraying them with the formula-root of the best;,spraying inappropriate ratio of the T3-root formula of a strong but will decline in grains and grain weight of the phenomenon. 5,By comparing Qianyou 911,Jinyou 431 and Qianyou 18 of Leaf sheath tight package degree,Index of lodging resistant and Physical intensity of stem and so on stem lodging resistance of the differences found that section of stem is more thicker,wall of stem is more thicker,the number of vascular bundle of stem is more,sustaining of stalk of rice is greater,ability of rice lodging resistance is stronger.The results show that Qianyou911 can bear the super-high-yielding weight because its index of lodging resistant and physical intension of stem and the number of vascular bundles is bigger than that of others.
