Objective:To develop a innovative botanical insecticides of TS,which comprises Theasaponin and alkaloid of Radix sophorae flavescentis. Methods: Different extraction methods were investigated about Tea Seeds and Radix sophorae flavescentis, and the optimal extraction method was choosed; Several macroporous resin which are commonly used and can separate alkaloids of Radix sophorae flavescentis were screened. The toxicities, of Theasaponin and alkaloid of Radix sophorae flavescentis, against Lipaphis exysimi (Kaltenbach) and Panonychus ulmi (Kuch),were studied; TLC and determination of botanical insecticides of TS were researched . Results: The orthogonal test showed that the optimal extraction method of alkaloids of Radix sophorae flavescentis was 60% ethanol, four times of solvent, extracted 1.5 hour, and 60℃of extraction temperature, and the optimal extraction method of theasapinin was the 60% ethanol, 5 times of of solvent , 1 hour extraction, and 60℃of extraction temperature; D103 macroporous resin can better achieve the separation alkaloids; After screening, 1.2 percent of total alkaloids of Radix sophorae flavescentis and 20 percent of Theasaponin in accordance with the ratio of 1:4 matching rehabilitation Lipaphis exysimi (Kaltenbach) and Panonychus ulmi (Kuch) had good insecticidal effect; TLC ,HPLC and UV could better control the quality of TS. Conclusion: The innovative botanical insecticides of ST, which comprises Theasaponin and alkaloid of Radix sophorae flavescentis, has good prospects for development and application value.
