| Research was initiated from 2004 to 2006,at the centre experiment of agricultural university of shandong.Twenty cultivars were selected to study, seven time were didvide in the succession,photosynthetic performance, agronomic characters and quality characters were studied.In order to reaserch and find the law of the changes of photosynthetic,agronomic,quality characters among the succession time in inprovement of the high heredity.The main results were as follow.In the agronomy characters:Economic yield increased obviously.it was increased 33.94%for average seven time,4.85%average every time Economic coef increased obviously from 32.65%up to 47.91%thousandgrain weight increased obviously also among the succession from 33.53g in one succession time to 46.03g in seven time.12.50g increased weight 37.5% average,the number of grain spike increased,number of Area spike were stablely.Biological yield increased at first and ten decreased.The plant height decreased very obviously from 116.3cm to 77cm,33.79%was changed.Only 65.6%height in one time.The reason for plant decreased was dependented on the length of internode,was not for numer of internode.The internode of No.1, 2,3,4,5 were shorted 9.43cm,12.47cm,8.11cm,7.03cm and 5.9cm.every internode decreased 26.6%,44.1%,43.9%,47.5%and 40.6%.Flag leaf,No.2 leaf,No.3 leaf Area decreased 0.0911cm~2 0.3802cm~2,0.1304cm~2,Angle of flag decreased obviously.About 10.679°in every time.The leaf weight than Area was increased stablely.In the quality characters:protein content in seed increased,it was about 14%,protein content in flour changed like the seed.It was about 11%,the wet gluten changed like the protein content,it was among percent forty-five to thirty-five.The paste formative time and paste stable time changed obviously in all succession time.Paste stable time changed from 3～9min,Paste formative time changed from 3～13min.The level less,maximum less, corration xoef were largest in.This was indicated the quality in No.5 was weak.It was positive relation in paste time,paste formative to protein,it was negative relation in wet gluren to protein and corration coef was little.In the photosynthetic performance:incipient quantum efficiency,average of photosynthetic rate,breathe rate increased in succession time,the herd photosynthetic rate has obviously rule.it was increased but it was not large the flag leaf chlorophyll content was increased gently while flag leaf expand,it was reach to top in 20 days.and then decreased.But it was not obviously rule, The changes was connected with cultivars like Jinan2,9,13,The three cultivars changed larger.BUt other cultivars changed a littler Taishanl,Zixuan2. Zimai 12,Lumai 14,22 and Yannong 15,19 they were all had high chlorophyll content and decreased slow.Till harvested.Fluoresescent parameter:Fv/Fm increased,φPSⅡincreased but not evidently,along with evolution,Conversive efficiency of light energy in actual cultivars apparently increased than that in early cultivars,This was the reason why actual cultivars senescence was slowly in evening,light reflect rate,light absorb rate,were increased,light transmissive rote decreased,corration analysis indicate light reflect rate and light absorb rate was negative relation... |
