Nine maize hybrids of Qianxing201,Qiandan16,Andan3,Zunyun3, Xishan99,Bidan10,Panyu5,Xinghai991,and Xinghai201,bred respectively in four ecological planting zones of middle,northern,western and southwestern area of Guizhou province,were chosen for determining plant height,leaf area,dry matter accumulation and distribution,specific leaf area,chlorophyll content,economical character and yield with a randomized block design at Guiyang;at the same time,an analysis of genetic diversity of the hybrids was conducted by using genome-wide SSR markers,in order to understand ecological adaptation,genetic diversity and their relationship of the hybrids.If the main characters by economic indicators of production,the trial of nine species of ecological adaptation can be divided into three categories.The results showed that:1.based on the most important economic traits output indicators,ecological adaptation of Qianxing201,Zunyu3 and Qiandan16 performance is better,yield of Qianxing201 is 9270kg/ha,yield of Zunyu3 is 8805kg/ha,yied of Qiandan16 is 8625kg/ha.2.adaptation of Xishan99,Bidan10,Xinghai991 and Andan3 of four varieties of ecological is center,yield of Xishan99 is 7950kg/ha,yield of Bidan10 is 7605kg/ha, yield of Xinghai991 is 7365kg/ha,yield of Andan3 is 7350kg/ha.3.the adaptation performance of Xinghai201 and Panyu5 is poor,yield of Xinghai201 is 6731kg/ha,yield of Panyu5 is 6450kg/ha.4.the laboratory at the same time by SSR markers 85 in nine varieties detected in 355 Chinese variant alleles,each marker site detected 2-18 alleles,with an average of 4.18.This shows that the choice of the SSR markers in maize varieties have good genetic diversity,but also that the choice of maize varieties detected in the SSR sites have greater genetic differences.5.if the hybrids with small genetic difference had good genetic basis and ecological adaptability,the difference of their yield would be small,if their ecological adaptation was different,it would be large;.the yield of hybrids with large genetic difference depended mainly on genetic basis,the yield of hybrid with poor genetic basis would be low even if the hybrid had good ecological adaptability,the yield of hybrid with good genetic basis would not be too low even if the hybrid had poor ecological adaptaion.
