| Alfalfa,as a high quality leguminous forage,is widely used in production practice.However,environmental factors and alfalfa growth characteristics should be taken into account in reasonable introduction and planting regionalization.In this paper,14 alfalfa varieties from the United States and the comparison of the 2 domestic varieties were used to evaluate the adaptability of different alfalfa varieties in Inner Mongolia,Hohhot.The test set in the western region of Hohhot Tumote plain Bi Keqi Town Gou Ziban village.Sown in April 28,2015.Some indexes were selected to evaluate and compare these varieties.Comprehensive analysis on cold tolerance of these varieties,production performance,nutrient quality characteristics and genetic diversity,to evaluate its overall performance in the local,to filter out the strong cold resistance,high productivity,good quality and new varieties of nutrient rich genetic diversity.In order to select the best quality,high yield and adaptable alfalfa varieties for the region and similar climatic regions.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Varieties with higher Overwintering Rate are FGI6100、Zhungeer、FGI3122、3010、WL168HQ and FGI5505 alfalfa.There was a significant positive correlation between the number of plant and tiller number.The soluble sugar content in roots increased with the decrease of temperature,but not all of them increased.There was a significant negative correlation between the number of tillers and fall dormancy,which was distributed between 1.5 and 6.1.With the increase of fall dormancy,the overwintering rate decreased gradually.The number of branches in different alfalfa varieties in autumn was between 3-11.The autumn and the second years of green,with the temperature decreased and then increased,the root neck increased first and thickenging after,but not all varieties have such characteristics.Before the winter,the depth of root neck of all varieties distributed in the range of 2.34-4.22 cm.Second year after returning and decreased root neck depth distribution between 0.20-0.95 cm.The depth of root neck of decline distribution is between 0.20-0.95 cm.2.There were FGI6328,FGI5322,FGI6346 and FGI6113,which had higher yield and plant height,and the growth rate was faster.The varieties with high plant height in 2 years were FGI6100,FGI6328 and 3010,and the growth rate was faster.There was a significant positive correlation between plant height and hay yield per year(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between stem diameter and yield,but there was no correlation between stem diameter and yield in the first crop of second year growth,and there was a significant positive correlation between stem diameter and yield in the third crop of second year.Plant height,number of branches,length of main stem,stem diameter and root diameter had a significant positive correlation with fresh weight.With the increase of these indexes,fresh weight was significantly increased.3.In the first year of alfalfa growth,the ratio of dry to fresh and stem to leaf was lower than second.The content of water is much,stem is little,the quantity of leaf is abundant,and the content of protein is high.The ratio of dry to fresh in first and third crops were less than second crop in the second year.Crude protein of third crop is greater than the first and the second crop.The relative feeding value of third crop is greater than the first crop and second crop.4.The analysis on cold resistance and productivity and nutritional quality of 16 alfalfa varieties with gray correlation analysis,the results showed that FGI3122 was better than other varieties,and the adaptability in the area was stronger than that of other varieties.5.18 pairs of primers amplified a total of 156 allelic variants,with a total of 150 polymorphic loci,with a number of polymorphic loci of 95.50%.W6017 primers amplified polymorphic points most,MES-64 and MT-34 primers amplified the number of loci were the least.18 pairs of primers in the 16 alfalfa materials are rich in polymorphism,genetic diversity index of 0.0971-0.3958,the information index is 0.1886-0.5764.The polymorphism information was between 0.4654-0.8879,and the highest primer was W6017,which was a highly polymorphic locus.16 alfalfa varieties can be divided into 3 categories.The genetic diversity of the materials of the 16 alfalfa varieties are rich,and the genetic differences among the varieties are large. |
