| Guizhou province has the largest Pesudostellariae heterophylla planting scale in China.With the development of P.Heterophylla planting and its marketing need of soft Chinese medicinal herb gradually,P.Heterophylla planting is taking more profit to the Guizhou farmers and plays a significant role in the economic structure transformation of Guizhou Province.However,due to the owners of P.Heterophylla planting lack of the proper management and planting opinion upon the P.Heterophylla,P.Heterophylla leaf-spot disease which is common disease takes place again and again recently.Also,pesticide residues can not meet with the demand of international standards without using pesticides reasonably,so that the quality of P.Heterophylla and the development of P.Heterophylla planting are both delayed and influenced.Therefore,it is one of the best necessary fairs that should be done to find out a kind of green,safe and effective protection methods from the P.Heterophylla leaf-spot disease and to seek for the ways monitoring the pesticide residues to P.Heterophylla exactly.This paper is under the opinion to find out the green ways of protecting P.Heterophylla from leaf-spot disease safely.And to do the research of environment monitor,disease protection, monitor pesticide residues and other relevant experimental work.The result of the experiment is below,1.Monitoring and evaluating the soil environment quality of P.Heterophylla planting base under the methods of single factor pollution index and integrated pollution index evaluation.The result is that the integrated pollution index of the base is 0.355.,little than 0.7.It is safe and belonged to the levelâ… of the soil environmental quality.The base's index is met with all the soil quality needs of Chinese medicinal herb planting completely.2.Selecting three pesticides,40%Flusilazole,25%Amistar and 30%LC,according to the characteristics of the leaf-spot disease.The protection result of those three pesticides is that the three ones can protect P.Heterophylla from leaf-spot disease successfully.Especially the 40% Flusilazole 8000 times,25%Amistar 800 times and 30%LC 600 times have much better protection results.They are 80.5%,74.2%and 64.1%respectively.Protection results are similar as the trend of quantity increasing of P.Heterophylla.From the results of P.Heterophylla quantity, the three ones can increase more P.Heterophylla quantity.Especially the 40%Flusilazole 8000 times,25%Amistar 800 times and 30%LC 600 times have much better quantity increasing results. They are 56.6%,51.6%and 42.8%respectively.3.Selecting one realistic interplant match,is corn and P.Heterophylla.The protection and quantity increasing results of the match are 75.5%and 37.61%respectively.4.Studying the residues of Flusilazole in the soil,stem and leaf and root of P.Heterophylla.The results are below,1.Adding the Flusilazole in 0.002,0.05 and 0.5 mg/kg into the sample of soil,stem and leaf and roof of P.Heterophylla.And the recovering ratio of soil is from 91.04%to 96.48%.The recovering ratio of stem and leaf is from 89.46%to 93.80%.The recovering ratio of root is from 90.28%to 94.15%.The variation coefficient is among 3.47~6.41,which meets with the standards of residues analysis.The half degradation period of Flusilazole was very short.And the period of stem and leaf,root and soil is 6~7,11~12 and 10~11d respectively.2.Calculating the Flusilazole final residues when the harvest times.The result was that every of treatment the Flusilazole was not found the residues in both of roof and soil.So not only can 40% Flusilazole protect P.Heterophylla from leaf-spot disease and increase the quantity of P. Heterophylla,but also can improve the quality and safety of P.Heterophylla and ensure the residues standard in both soil and roof.3.Studying the influence of Flusilazole's degradation in soil by temperature and fresh soil in the conditions of laboratory.Both temperature and fresh soil can effect the Fulisilazole's degradation in the soil. |
