Planting the Chinese Medicine—Radix Pseudostellariae is one of the key industries in Guizhou Province. The environment quality of the planting base has been getting more and more attention since its planting scale is being expanded. Meanwhile, as the leaf spot disease is becoming more and more serious, the production and quality of Radix Pseudostellariae has been greatly impacted, which also brings an economic loss for the farmers and affects the local economic development as well. To try to deal with these problems, a deep study has been made on the environment quality of the Radix Pseudostellariae planting base in Shibing County, Guizhou Province and on the effect and residue of the antiseptic—difenoconazole. These results are as following.1. A study has been made on the environment quality of the base. The results indicate that the ecology environment is not polluted. Therefore, the environment condition of this area is completely suitable for planting the Chinese Medicine—Radix Pseudostellariae. all less than 1.0, which means there is no pollution. The composite pollution index of the face of the soil of the whole base is 0.43, less than 0.7, which belongs to a level of safe and clean. The biggest composite pollution index of the face of the water is 0.31, less than 0.5,and the gas is 0.22,less than 0.6. At the same time,There are lots of plants and animals.2. According to the characteristics of the bacteria of the leaf spot disease, I roughly chose Amistar 25% SC, 25% LC-1 dense-emulsion, 10% difenoconazole WG, 10% Polyoxin WP, and carried out the field experiment on these pesticides effect on the Radix Pseudostellariae planting base in Shibing County, Guizhou Province, he result of the experiment implies that Amistar 25% SC diluted to 800 times and 1200times, 25%LC-1 dense-emulsion diluted to 600 times and 900 times , 10% difenoconazole WG diluted to 1000 times and 1500 times have a good effect on the prevention and cure of the leaf spot disease and a good effect on increasing production of Radix Pseudostellariae. And the prevention and cure effects of Amistar 25% SC diluted to 800 times, 25%LC-1 dense-emulsion diluted to 600 times reach the highest point on the 15th day after applying, 64.40%, 64.19% respectively. At the same time, 10% difenoconazole WG diluted tolOOO times and 1500 times, the highest point can comel5 days later, which is 66.97% and 60.09% respectively.
