Three different temperature and humidity conditions of the greenhouse were set up under field as control: treatment 1 (33.6℃, 80.3%) ,treatment 2 (30 .3℃, 85.0%), treatment 3 (28.1℃, 90.2%).1. The content of pigments including chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin in the leaves of five color-leaved plants under the conditions of different temperature and humidity had been determined. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoi in the leaves were increased with temperature, were decreased with humidity; While the content of anthocyanin was reduced gradually under both high temperature and high humidity under condition of three treatments.2. The content of pigments including chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin in the leaves of Platycladus orientalis and Sabina chinensis under high temperature and high humidity were not availability difference. That is to say, the heat-resistace and humidfastness of these conifers is stronger than the other three broad-leaved.3. The photosynthetic characters comparison between five color-leaves plans were carried out using the CI-340 photosynthetic instrument under the conditions of different temperature and humidity. The results showed that double peaks appeared in the diurnal photosynthetic rate curve of the five color-leaves plant under natural field, however single peaks of Purple-leaf plum,Purpureus,Common Smoketree appeared under the conditions of high temperature and humidity, and photosynthetic rate was increased gradually with temperature in green house.4. The transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of the five color-leaves plants is positively correlated with the photosynthetic rate, however the intercellular CO2 concentration negative correlation with the photosynthetic rate. Depression of photosynthetic rate was not caused by the decreasing of stomatal conductance that would decrease the CO2 supply. Factly it was regulated by nostomatal facrors.5. Through different comparison the optimum extraction conditions of anthocyanins from the materials was established: 0.1%HCL-MOH.The expiration was relatively pure and highly concentrated under the 535nm maximum absorption. The experiment detecting the stability of the pigments under different light condition and in different metal ions solution, including Na+,Mg+,K+,Cu(2+),Fe3+,Mn2+,Zn2+,Al3+.The results show that the pigments are unstable under light, the stronger the light is ,the more quickly they decompose;Fe3+, Mn2+,Zn2+,Al3+ can improve the absorbance value of anthocyanin.
