| Sika deer was an domesticate animal with high economic value.All of it's body can be used to making medicine,especially cornu cervi pantotrichum is high grade.But wild population reduced increasingly and it was included into Nation First Class Protection Wildlife Directory in 1989.Endocrine system is an important regulation system which is constituted of endocrine glands in organism and endocrine cells scattered in other organ tissue. Endocrine gland is independent and can be seen by naked eye.Endocrine gland include hypophysis,glandula thyroidea,glandulae parathyroideae glandula suprarenalis and glandula pinealis and so on.In this paper,endocrine gland was studied by gross anatomy and slice.It was observed,measured and taken a photograph,then took tissue piece to paraffin imbedding,cut sheet,H.E dyeing and trichrome stain.Finally the slices were observed under the microscope and took the micrograph.By these steps,the normal anatomic and histological structure of endocrine gland of Sika deer was observed.The result of gross anatomy was follows:hypophysis was an oblate corpuscle and was about 1.4×0.8cm.Glandula thyroidea was an organ rich of blood vessel.It was made of left and right lateral lobe and aden- isthmus linked two lateral lobe.The average size of lateral lobe was 1.4×0.8cm,the width of aden- isthmus was about 1.5mm.Glandulae parathyroideae was a round or oval-shap glandular organ and neared hinder margin of glandula thyroidea or buried tissue of glandula thyroidea.There were a lot of fat in the loose connective tissue surrounding glandula suprarenalis.Left glandula suprarenalis was flat oval-shap and it's length was about 1.6-1.9cm,it's width was about 0.9-1.2cm,it's thick was about 0.7cm.Right glandula suprarenalis was like kidney and it's length was about 1.5-1.8cm,it's width was about 0.9-1.2cm,it's thick was about 0.7cm.Glandula pinealis was an brunneus flat taper corpuscle.It lied between the corpora quardrigemina and thalami and linked to epithalamus by handhold.It was about 0.8×0.4cm.The result of light microscope observation was follows:most of cells of the endocrine gland tissue ranked liked chorda or gobbet.The cells could directly contact the blood vessel because there were rich capillary and reticulate sinusoid between these cells. The tissue structure like this profited materies exchange of cell and blood. |
