The experiments was carried out in 2007, the main variety Bilishi212 was used to discussed the effect of the three plant growth regulator which were DTA-6, S3307 and SODM on the seedling development of potato, physiological metabolize of female potato and the growth,yield and quality of potato through potted plant and field experiment. The results as followed:1,The regulator DTA-6 and SODM soaking seed could quicken the different buds of potato to germinate, reduce the interval time of different buds of potato to germinate and promote the growth of root,stem,leaves and the accumulation of drying matter accumulation. In total, the effect was obvious to promote radical buds of potato.2,The regulator DTA-6 and SODM soaking seed could quicken the speed of different buds of female potato, especial the radical buds to decompose the starch. At the same time, the increasing solubility and deoxidized sugar and decreasing peroxide enzyme quicken the cell division and the apparatus development which guaranteed the needed nutrient was provided to root system and the female seedling potato to grow.3,The regulator DTA-6 soaking seed and leaves spray application and the regulator S3307 leaves spray application could quicken the growth of potato in the growing period to autumn. While, the regulator SODM had obvious effect on the growth of tuber in growing period to autumn.4,The drying matter accumulation of different treatments of regulator soaking seed was obvious higher than CK, the results were the regulator DTA-6 soaking seed> the regulator SODM soaking seed>CK, the drying matter accumulation of different treatments of leaves spray application was obvious higher than CK in tuber growing period to autumn. The effect of leaves spray application of drying weight at above soil was the leaves spray application DTA-6> the leaves spray application SODM > the leaves spray application S3307>the leaves spray application CK, at under soil was the leaves spray application S3307>the leaves spray application DTA-6>the leaves spray application SODM >the leaves spray application CK.5,The regulator DTA-6,S3307 and SODM soaking seed and leaves spray application enhanced the speed of photosynthesis, increased content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and the total chlorophyll, increased the content of solubility sugar,deoxidized sugar,solubility protein and nitro-nitrogen of leaves and decreased the activity of sucrase of transformation. They could increase the accumulation of dry matter in leaves and stayed leaves to be decrepitude. Among them, the regulator S3307 had the obvious effect in the tube forming period, while the regulator SODM had the obvious effect on tuber in the late expending period.6,The regulator DTA-6,S3307 and SODM soaking seed and leaves spray application could enhance the activity of root system obviously, promote the root system to absorb nitrogen, increase the content of protein and nitro-nitrogen, the results were SODM >DTA-6>S3307>CK. The regulator S3307 had the obvious effect in the tuber forming period, while the regulator SODM had some restraining effect on root system in the tuber forming period and obvious promoting effect on tuber in the late expending period.7,The regulator DTA-6,S3307 and SODM soaking seed and leaves spray application could quicken the operation of photosynthetic production, improve the carbon and nitrogen metabolize of stolon, and the content of protein and nitro-nitrogen of stolon were increased obviously in the late expending period of tuber.8,The regulator DTA-6,S3307 and SODM leaves spray application increased the content of tuber starch in every period which effect was the leaves spray application S3307> the leaves spray application SODM > the leaves spray application DTA-6> the leaves spray application CK, decreased the content of tuber deoxidized sugar in every bearing period which effect was the leaves spray application CK> he leaves spray application DTA-6>the leaves spray application SODM>the leaves spray application S3307. The regulator DTA-6 soaking seed increased the content of deoxidized sugar obviously in the tuber development period to autumn. The tuber treated with the regulator SODM soaking seed had higher content of deoxidized sugar in tuber forming period than soaking seed with CK, while had lower content of deoxidized sugar than CK in the growing period to autumn.9,The regulator DTA-6,S3307 and SODM soaking seed and leaves spray application all increased the potato yield which was 9.81%~3.35%, among them, the regulator DTA-6 soaking seed and leaves spray application had significant effect and was significant level compared to CK.10,The regulators had obvious effect on the economic character of potato. The regulator DTA-6 soaking seed and leaves spray application and the regulator S3307 leaves spray application increased the amount of single potato,single potato weight,the amount of big and middle potato,the ratio of big and middle potato and the proportion of big and middle potato. The regulator SODM improved the single potato weight,the weight of middle potato and the proportion of middle potato obviously. The three regulators increased the weight and the ratio of deformed potato, but they did not reach the significant level.11,The regulators could improve the quality of potato. The regulator S3307 leaves spray application and the regulator SODM soaking seed and leaves spray application increased the content of starch and decreased the content of deoxidized sugar of the tuber, they all reached the significant level. The three regulators all increased the content of vitamin C of tuber. The regulator soaking seed decreased the content of hydroxybenzene compound of tuber, the regulator DTA-6 soaking seed reached significant level compared to CK, and the effect on the content of protein was not obvious.
