"FengTian NO.1" was used as experimental material. Different kinds of nutrition and plant growth regulator elements on buckwheat quality, yield and seed setting rate was explored the influence by using the method of spraying on the leaf of different nutrient elements, provide theoretical and technical support for buckwheat cultivation of high yield and good quality. To different nutrient and plant growth regulator element mixed buckwheat leaves after spraying, the experimental results showed that:1. The highest plant height and plant height increase the most obvious was treatment 2 (A2B1C1), Its plant height was 176.5 cm, Plant height 25.89%; greater than that of the control; The total fresh weight heaviest treatment 5 (A2B2C1), total fresh weight of 105.58 grams, Fresh weight increased by 5.99% compared with the control; Plant total dry weight heaviest was treatment 8 (A2B2C2), Total dry weight was 24.030 g; increased by 29.89% compared with the control; The main stem and the first lateral branch’s stem diameter of the biggest is treatment 8 (A2B2C2), two diameter is 0.95 cm and 0.55 cm respectively, and significantly higher than other processing; The stem diameter difference between the secondary branches between the groups was not obvious.2. Dispose 3(A1B2C1) were lower than other treatment in the treatment of early and late flowering, the number of flower slightly higher than the other in the mid to deal with every day was treatment 8 (A1B1C1); Flowers open the least number of every day was treatment 6(A2B1C2), the number of flower is 1877, compared with contrast reduced by 13.85%3. In the whole growth period, deal with 8 (A1B1C1) of SOD, POD activity and chlorophyll content were higher than other processing; Treatment 5 (A2B2C1),7 (A1B2C2) and 8 (A2B2C2) compared with other processing, CAT activity significantly higher; Treatment 2 (A2B1C1),3 (A1B2C1) and 4 (A1B1C2) processing, compared with 3 (A1B2C1) of chlorophyll content in the growth and development period were higher than the other two after processing.4. Under the various processing of grain starch content, protein content, flavonoid content and the highest rutin content are treatment 8 (A2B2C2), the above content is 13.21%,14.77%,1.28% and 14.77% respectively, compared with control increased by 7.67%,87.44%,31.96% and 87.44% respectively. The grain starch, protein, flavonoids and rutin content are compared with other processing, there were differences, for specific performance, grain starch and protein content was significantly higher than other treatment, rutin content was significantly higher than other treatment, compared with other processing, but the flavonoids content difference was not obvious.5. Deal with 8 (A2B2C2) of grain number per plant, seed setting rate, grain and yield were the highest, respectively was 310.00,15.35%,32.40 g and 215.30 kg-hm-2, compared with control increased by 50.98%, 59.56%, 31.33% and 59.56% respectively. Deal with 8 (A2B2C2) of grain number per plant, seed setting rate, grain and yield were superior to other processing, embodied in grain number per plant significantly or extremely significantly higher than other processing, seed setting rate and treatment 6 (A2B1C2) and 7 (A1B2C2) no significant difference in comparison, significantly higher than the other five, grain is significantly higher than other processing, production significantly higher than other processing.
