Studies On The Component Of Light Quality And Its Correlation With Fruit Quality,Photosynthesis In Canopy Of Golden Delicious Apple(Malus Domestica Borkh.cv.)

Applying 24-years old Golden Delicious apple trees as testing materials,using the methods of combining field biological and ecological investigation and indoors analysis, using American CI-700AB/HR2000 High-Resolution Miniature Fiber Optic Spectrometer,Photosynthesis mensuration apparatus,composing,distributing of different light quality,photosynthesis,fruit quality and the relationship of them in small and sparse canopy were studied,the results show as follows:1,The composing rule of light quality in the tree canopy:(1)The distributing of irradiance spectrum in different parts of tree canopy:From top to substrate,outer to inner of the Middle-level,the irradiance spectrum of UV-B,UV-A,VL,SR,PL,BL descend; The IR of Middle-level,Middle part is the most,and become much less to the top,substrate,inner,outer.The long wave light,for instance,YL,OL,RL,their distributing in the tree canopy is analogical to the total radiation with fewness differences;the GL's distributing is the opposite.The irradiance of all light quality in top,outer is adjacent to the naturalness irradiance.(2)Different spectrum percent in corresponding part's total radiation in the tree canopy:The spectrum percent of UV-B,VL,SR,PL,BL,GL is same to their irradiance's distributing in the tree canopy;The spectrum percent's distributing tide of UV-A,IR,YL,OL,RL is same to their irradiance's distributing in tree canopy;the FR/R become less from substrate to top,Inner to Outer.2,Analysis of otherness for fruit's quality in different parts of the tree canopy:The content of TS,ANT,CAR become much less from top to substrate,outer to inner,and be extremity significant;The TA,CHL become much less from substrate to top,inner to outer, and be extremity significant;The VC is same to total sugar. 3,The difference of main photosynthesis value in different parts in the tree canopy: From top to substrate,outer to inner,the NPR,TR become less,and be significantly different:the change tide of SC is same to NPR,but there is no significantly between Middle part and Inner.4,The correlation between different spectrum's composing in tree canopy and the fruits' quality:(1)The correlation between different spectrum's distributing in tree canopy and the fruits' quality:TS,ANT,CAR is significant positive correlation to UV-B,UV-A,SR,VL,PL,OL,RL;The TA,CHL is opposite:GL is significant negative correlation to TS,VC,ANT,CAR,is opposite to TA,CHL;There is no significant between IR and the fruits' quality:The relationship rule is no significant between VC and light quality, fruits' quality and YL.(2)The correlation between spectrum component and photosynthesis:There is extremity significant positive correlation between TA and GL,FR/R,between ANT and PL,BL,VL,OL,between CAR and PL;There is extremity significant negative correlation between TS\VC and GL,FR/R;between ANT and IR, between CHL and PL,between TS and GL;There is significant opposite correlation between TS and PL,ANT and UV-B,CHL and GL,IR,FR/R,CAR and BL,VL;There is significant negative correlation TA and PL,ANT and GL,CHL and UV-B,BL,VL,CAR and IR,FR/R is the opposite.5,The correlation between irradiance spectrum and photosynthesis:(1)The correlation between irradiance spectrum and photosynthesis:The irradiance of UV-B,UV-A,VL,SR,PL,BL,RL is significant positive correlation to the NPR,TR,SC;OL is positive correlation to TR;YL is positive correlation to NPR,TR,SC;GL is significant negative correlation to NPR,TR,SC;IR is negative correlation to NPR,TR,SC.(2)The correlation between spectrum component and photosynthesis:The VL,PL,BL is significant positive correlation to NPR,TR,SC:UV-B is significant positive correlation to NPR,SC,is positive correlation to TR;UV-A is significant positive correlation to TR,SC,is positive correlation to NPR;PL is positive correlation to NPR,TR,SC;OL is positive correlation to NPR,TR,SC,but only be significant to NPR,SC;IR,GL is significant negative correlation to NPR,TR,SC;FR/R is negative correlation to NPR,TR,SC,but only be significant to TR;YL is negative correlation to NPR,TR,is positive Correlation to SC. 6,The correlation between photosynthesis and fruits' quality:The CAR is extremity significant positive correlation to NPR,TR,SC;VC is positive correlation to NPR,TR,SC,but only be significant to TR.TS,ANT is significant positive correlation to NPR,TR,SC;TA,CHL is opposite to NPR,TR,SC.
