The differences between groupâ… and else were not distinguished (P>0.05), so were groupâ…£. The differences between groupâ…¡and the control group were distinguished (P<0.05), so were groupâ…¤. Test 2 was optimization of the remedy process. 30 bitches were divided into three groups, each was 10. The ways were the same to groupâ…¡,â…¤andâ…¥in Testl. the Results were as follow:1. The oestrus rate of groupâ…¡was 70.00%(7/10), groupâ…¤was 90.00%(9/10),the differences between them were not distinguished(P>0.05). However, the differences in the thickness of vagina, the perimeters of right uterus angle and uterus were distinguished(P<0.05).2.The concentrations of E₂ and P₄ were detected by RIA(Radioimmunoassay), and the results showed.the value of E₂ arrived at peak 64.35pg/ml on the 24^th day after Bromocriptine treatment and P₄ reached 11.32ng/ml on the 32^th day in group V;E₂ arrived at peak 18.60pg/ml on the 20^th day after PMSG treatment and P₄ elevated 6.36ng/ml on 32^th day in groupâ…¡. Compared with groupâ…¡, in group V, the concentration of E₂ was higher than 245.96%, P₄ was higher than 77.99%.In Part 2, we observed the slices of ovary, uterus and vagina, including the growth, maturation and ovulation in follicle; the engorgement of endometrium, the growth and the activation of function in uterus gland; the proliferation, keratinization and abscission of internal membrane in vagina. The obvious change could be found in the entire reproductive system. We detected the insemination rate with Bromocriptine. 25 bitches were divided into two groups, experiment group was 20(Bromocriptine 0.6mg,vagina), control group was 5. We found the oestrus rate of experiment group was 80.00(16/20), the insemination rate was 87.50%(14/16), and the litter rate was 92.86%(13/14). Otherwise, the oestrus rate of control group was 0%.Conclusion: Bitches were in oestrus in the 15^th day after Bromocriptine used in vagina, and the oestrus rate was 80.00(16/20), the changes of morphology and slice in ovary, uterus and vagina were very obvious. The concentrations of E₂ and P₄ were close to normal, the measure of giving medicine to bitch through vagina was better than ora, the former can not only avoid the negative effect in stomach, but also increase the inducing estrous rate.
