Embryo transfer is an important technique method in enhancing the stock improvement and enlarging the perform-well stock in our country,Study on industrialization spread on embryo transfer,Embryo transfer of dairy cattles embryos to yellow cattles is available method . In the experiment, Study on local yellow cattles synchronization and program treatment,according to the characteristics of yellow cattles, simple program treatments and available embryo transfer。In the experiment, there are four facts:the first one is that three different estrous synchronization protocols were used inyellow cattles synchronization.protocolⅠ;Recipients were administered once PG,. protocolⅡ;Recipients were administered twice PG,,protocolⅢRecipients were administered CIDR+PG。the second one is that the effects of anaesthetic and no anaesthetic caudal vertebra epidural cavity on pregnancy rate。The third one is that methodI :yellow cattles were treated with injecting PG(day 9), withdrawal of CIDR (day 10); methodII:withdrawal of CIDR (day 10).and on the day of injecting PG, at the same time。The results were as following:1. The rate of estrous synchronization once PG and twice PG,PG+CIDRwere special significant difference (P<0.01),. twice PG and PG+CIDR were not significantly different (P>0.05),the rate of available transferre once PG and twice PG,PG+CIDR were special significant difference (P<0.01),. The rate of available transferre twice PG and PG+CIDR were not significantly different(P>0.05)。2. Recipients were administered CIDR+PG and PG+CIDR, estrou synchronization rate and pregnancy rate and available transferre rate were not significantly different (P>0.05)。3. The pregnancy rate of anaesthetic and not anaesthetic epidural cavity were not significantly different (P>0.05)。4. embryo transfer in local yellow cattles is available5 The rate of pregnancy and estrous synchronization in summer and in autumn were not significantly different (P>0.05)。...
